Using Up My Own Stash Challenge and ~Goosebumps~

Want to see some more small gift cards that I created?
These are ideal for small gifts, food goodies, bottles, etc.

I'm joining in with Morissa @ The Shamrock Stamper to use up the old stash and creating with what I already have in drawers, boxes, and things hidden from sight.
Do you ever forget that you have a cool tool, or some awesome papers
...and when you find it you realize that you haven't even used it yet
...and it was something you just had to have?!!!
Well, join in and use up your stash!  You can visit Morissa's blog and she is coordinating 'a few prizes from her stash' on Friday's...click on her name above and it will take you to her blog.

So...I really love how the fruit from my
{ippity} New Season, New Wonder
set look in 'gloss'.  I have been using some Glossy Accents (yesterday's post), but today I also used something else ... 'Goosebumps'.
Have you ever used 'Goosebumps' by Tsukineko? I had bought this from one of my fav LSS's, Frenzy Stamper, some time ago and haven't used it till now!

Check it out and look at the 'goosebumps' effect...I especially like the way it looks on this orange and I used my Imaginisce i-rock tool for the bling (love this tool!) and my Fiskars border punch (love this too, but I cut my right side too close..oops):
Ingredients: {ippity} New Season, New Wonder stamp set; SU c/s; Fiskars 'All-A-Fleur Lis Embossing Border Punch;  Tsukineko Goosebumps Clear Texture Spray;
 Imaginisce 'i-rock' tool and bling;

I used the 'Goosebumps' on this card also, however, you can't see it as close as I didn't let my camera put the glare on this pic:
Ingredients:  {ippity} New Season, New Wonder stamp set; SU solid c/s, DSP, and ribbon; Tsukineko Goosebumps Clear Texture SprayImaginisce 'i-rock' tool and bling
Crop-A-Dile corner chomper

I used 'Glossy Accents' on this one:
Ingredients:  {ippity} New Season, New Wonder stamp set; SU solid c/s and ribbon;  Echo Park "Life is Good" patterned paper; Spica Glitter Markers; Glossy Accents;
Imaginisce 'i-rock' tool and bling

This one has 'Sepia Accents' and I made the apple into a peach...what do ya think?
Ingredients:  {ippity} New Season, New Wonder stamp set
SU solid c/s, DSP, and ribbon; Sepia Accents;

So what do you think about those 'Goosebumps'? I think I'm going to play more with it and I'm truly liking the texture it creates! I've got to keep playing with my 'stash' that I have and I'm trying not to be tempted with anything new...I have soooo much in my stash to play with still!

Thanks for visiting me today!

Remember, if you need any {ippity}, I'd be glad to be YOUR {ippity} chick!

A Fisk-A-What?

Guess what???
  I am a Fiskateer!

Blinkies

What is a Fiskateer and how did I become one you ask?
A Fiskateer is an ambassador for crafting
and for Fiskars, of course!

One Saturday in May...
I went to a fav LSS 'Crop Girls' because they were having a make n take with  Fiskateers.
I thought, hmmm, I've heard of Fiskateers before, but what actually is a Fiskateer?
So I had to go to Crop Girls to check it out.
Well I met these fun gals,
Tami Bayer
(who happens to one of the four Lead Fiskateers) and
Sandy
(a Fiskateer in Arizona and I think she has been one for many years).

They were both helping out with the awesome card that we all made (Tami's creation)
(and during this time, I realized that I had never used a Fiskars punch...can you believe that)?
You know the Fiskars brand, so I'm sure I don't have to say anything more.

Here is the card that we made, using this fabulous
Fiskars Easy Squeeze Postage Stamp Punch
along with the Postage Stamp Border Punch...
isn't this card absolutely cute?!!!

We also used Jillibean papers and Fiskars Fresh Fruit Simple Stick Stamps, along with some twine and a white gel pen.  Oh, and inside is the cutest sentiment with a frame (sorry I didn't take a photo)!

The Fiskateers were so nice and invited us to check out the
Fiskateers blog and site, so you know I did that!
Here's Tami's Fiskateers page on the blog, if you'd like to take a peek
and maybe YOU want to join in and be a Fiskateer too:
and take a look at the calendar, while you are there, you never know when a Fiskateer will be around your area!
(Also, there is a big event coming up in the Fall and it's happening across the country
where Fiskateers are going to get together!)

I've already met a few Arizona Fiskateers...how fun is that?!
Just the other day Tami put out a challenge to make a flower rosette like those of a fellow Fiskateer, Dot;
and Dot made a video tutorial too.
We are to use Fiskars border punches in this challenge,
so I chose to use the Postage Stamp Border Punch.
Here is my card with the flower and I also used my
{ippity} The Man stamp set:
Papers and inks are all SU.

Sorry, this post was so long...I think I talk too much sometimes!

Thank you for coming by and hearing about some new 'fun' I have found.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Yay, Fiskateers!
