Das doppelte Lottchen #174

Hello everyone,

Can you believe it's been more than a month?
But I am back with a new Lottie and Lisa

For those new on my blog:
Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

Memory Box - Landscape Die

&

dies only / no stamps

There's not much to say about this - I created a set (card and tag) for this week and I think they turned out simple but nice:

Das doppelte Lottchen #172

Hello everyone,

Can you believe it's been more than a month?
Wel, I was struggling with some health issues and Create A Smile took up the rest of my time, so thanks for your patience!
Anni and I are finally back with pour new Lottie and Lisa.

For those new on my blog:
Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

Paper Smooches - Little Fella

&

Acetate

EDIT:
Whooops, I just noticed that I obviously picked the wrong date - Anni followed another challenge.theme. Sorry for messingt his up!

Acetate ususally screams for shaker cards, but I decided to NOT make one because I found it was too obvious. However, I used the acetate for a, interactive element.
"Treffen?" means something like "Gather together?" so you can pull that little creature to meet his friends :)
I thought that was cute :)

Das doppelte Lottchen #170

Hello everyone,

I guess you notived that it was quiet for a while over here. Well, Anni and I decided to take a summer break, but we are back and I have tons of cards to share!

For those new on my blog:

Today I made a wish, and it is:

Mama Elephant - Up and Away

&

One Layer Card

I had already pulled out my heavy weight cardstock for one layer cards to do some copic coloring, but then decided to go for a kraft cardbase and white embossing with brown. I also added some colored highlights. I colored the imaged with Polychromos, but I don't like the outcome at all. I just couldn't come up with enough patience for a light hand and feel pretty frustrated, BUT I like the over all card design (at least).

&

Something textile

I picked my old pompom edging (is that the word?) as a textile element for my card and kept the ret super simple:

Das doppelte Lottchen #167

It's sunday, that means it's Lottie and Lisa time!

Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

Create A Smile - Es ist serviert! / Served up!

&

Kissing Technique

This combo turned out a bit challenging fpr me - because I usually use the kissing technique to create an interesting focal point or for cards which are more on the elegant side. But with the served up set I had to clear my mind and go for something different.
I took out the bold solid thank you set from the "mini Thank You" stamp set and used he Mandala from the upcoming release to "kiss" some fun texture onto that word. I used different colors of Dye Ink to create a fun background which has lots of idetail, but hopefully doesn't take too much attention off the focal point. What do you think?

The Vellum helps that little guy to stand out a bit :) I also added some Glossy accents to the baverages and some droplets at the end of the sentiment banner.
