MCT 7 Year Anniversary Release Blog Hop ~ happy birthday to you!

Good morning and welcome to My Creative Time's 7 Year Anniversary Blog Hop!  I can hardly believe that Miss Emma and been creating her fun and fabulous stamps and dies for that long!  Time flies when you are having fun creating!  :)

I used one of the smaller square dies to create the card and covered it with the scallop square for the panel.  Then it was simply die cutting the cake popping up the "frosting" with foam tap and adding the Nuvo Drops and Glossy Accents.

MCT 7 Year Anniversary Release Sneak Peek Day 3 ~ hooray, it's your day!

Hooray!  It's day 3 of My Creative Time's 7 Year Release sneak peeks!  Today I have a super cute Cake Die  and Time to Celebrate stamp set, that is perfect for so many projects!  This die can be used on a card base, as a tag, or even as a card it's self.  It's just adorable!

Popping up the "frosting" and "flame" with foam tape really adds to this card.

MCT Birthday Palooza ~ hello birthday girl!

Happy Birthday to you!  Oh, just kidding, unless it's your birthday :)

Today over at My Creative Time it's Birthday Palooza, which means it's all about the birthday card!

To create my card, I first stamped the girl, then masked her (minus her right hand, the stamp has her holding a heart).  Then stamped the balloons and drew her right hand in.  I added a mask to both sets of balloons, then inked the "rays" background using a straight edge and distress ink.

After the background was completed I colored the girl and balloons with copic markers.  Adding white gel pen, wink of stells, and glossy accents makes everything pop!

MCT Manly Monday ~ happy birthday!

It's Manly Monday over at My Creative Time and that means...I get to struggle with and idea!  hahaha  Not really, but sometime :)

MCT January Release Sneak Peek Day 3 ~ i heart u!

Hi it's day 3 of My Creative Time's January Release Sneak Peeks!  Today I get to share with you the cutest heart tag that can be embellished for any occassion!

I decided to combine an older set using the monster with this sweet tag for Valentine's Day.  After coloring the monster and heart with Copic markers I finished them with glossy accents and popped them up with foam tape.  A few "dolly parton" hearts made with Nuvo Drops completes this darling tag!
