Rosalie Pearl by Digi Doodle Studios

Hi there, friends!  Hard to believe that it's already August, right?  Summer is passing by too quickly.

Today, I am sharing my GD card which showcases the adorable "Rosalie Pearl" image by Digi Doodle Studios.  It can be found here:

https://digidoodlestudios.com/collections/digital-stamps/products/rosalie-pearl-digi-doodles-digi-stamp

I truly enjoy making slimline cards.  They are so easy to mail because they fit in a regular business envelope.  Very convenient!

I wanted to include a similar flower to the ones on the image so I found a free clipart template from Open Clipart on the Internet, copied it, coloured it and fussy cut it.  The tiny flowers are also handmade, and all the flowers are raised with 3-D foam.  As always, I coloured the image with Copics and Polychromos.

Digi Doodle Studios has a monthly blog challenge (theme:  Favourite Season/Time of Year) as well as a Facebook challenge.  Why not join in the fun?

Thank you for visiting.  I truly appreciate it.  I hope to see you again.  Have a lovely day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Gardening for the Day by Lemon Shortbread Stamps

Hi!  It's time for Lemon Shortbread's brand new blog challenge.  I chose this wonderful image ("Gardening for the Day") because it reminds me of the days when I used to do some gardening. You can find this lovely image in Vera's etsy shop here:

I had so much fun colouring this sweet image.  As always, I used Copic markers and Polychromos pencils.  The gorgeous flowers are from I Am Roses.  Check out the beautiful cards made by the Design Team:

Thank you for taking the time to visit.  I wish you a happy day.  Hugs Lori xx

Garden Daisy Fairy

Hello everyone!

Another Monday already.  Weekends go by too quickly.  I am sharing my DT inspirational card today which I made for Ching-Chou Kuik's Facebook Challenge on Facebook.  The theme this month is "Summertime/Seaside".  I think this beautiful image is just perfect since so many of us enjoy gardening.  This is "Garden Daisy Fairy" and is found in Ching-Chou's etsy shop here:

This adorable image is coloured with Copic markers and FB Polychromos pencils.

A close-up:

The lovely die cut on the side is Heartfelt Creations' "Regal Borders and Pockets" die.  I made the daisy by using Poppystamps' "Delightful Daisy" die.  Swarovski crystals and pearls are from my stash.

Have a happy day.  Lori P xx
