the whole process was suprisingly painless.

and we pulled it together in less than 24 hours notice. we're awesome.

dino land

while brin was off track we made the trip to ogden to check out the dinosaur park. when we arrived i asked the guy at the front desk if he had any coupons or discount for people who had driven all the way from south jordan to come see the place. ($7 bucks is $7 bucks and that's just for one of us to get in) he said no with a smile then 2 seconds later said, "well i have two for one coupons" -great we'll take those. it never hurts to ask. all my sweet skills i learned from my mother.

we ate our sack lunches. josie had an allergic reation-we think it was the sunscreen. griff got bit-we think it was an ant. we still managed to have a memorable afternoon. i think the kids enjoyed finding bones in the sand the most.

a day at daybreak

it was a close one but we did it.

it's always a fun time at the huffaker cabin. there's always lots of good food, good movies to watch and great company. thanks to the huffaker family for being so generous and letting our family enjoy your beautiful place.

easter weekend

Easter weekend was full of family and get togethers.
it's nice to have so many loved ones close by to celebrate with.

grandma s had a great hunt. we found $ in some eggs this year-suweet. annie added a few bucks to her piggy bank.

grandma given puts on a great hunt too. unfortunately annie slept through the entire thing but we still enjoyed seeing everyone.

annie loved coloring eggs and didn't mind that we kept giving her the same one to work with and drop over and over. love those bright colored eggs.
