Upside-Down Pizza
Last nite I made spagheti marinara using the clamps we bought on the way back from Yan. We bought 2 types of clamps. Actually, nak beli mentarang coz mentarang tastes much better for spagheti marinara. Tapi tak jual lak kat situ. The last time we bought mentarang was in Kuala Kedah.
This Pizza Upside- Down is easy to prepare and yummy too. It only took 10 - 15 min to prepare. Hubby said it is better than lasagna while Alysa said " Sedapnye mama.. pandai mama masak". Hehe..So typical of her when she likes the dishes. Siap ulang2 makan sampaikan I told her to stop. Bagi tummy relax dulu..:-)

Lepak di Penang
We joined them the next day coz Friday tu Hubby keje le pulak. So, on Saturday we met Ila at Paradise Sandy Beach where they were staying. I pernah stay kat situ dulu. The deluxe room mmg spacious. Sesuai utk family. PSB ni kat Tanjung Bungah just before Batu Feringghi. Tp beach kat sini sama je dgn kat Bt Feringghi. Sempat le the princesses mandi manda kat swimming pool kat PSB. After check-out kitaorang lunch kat Bayan Lepas. Tak ingat nama kedai tu. Just tau bawah pokok ceri je. Diorang jugak called it restoran 'mulut besar'..hehe coz the waiter is loud. Jerit je order..
Lepas kenyang, we went to Aquarium. Tp still under renovation. Ikan pun tak banyak. The last time we went, lagi byk ikan. So, lepak kejap jela. By 4 pm tu dah balik coz Ila nak kena balik Kedah pulak.
The princesses with their cousins. Mandi manda kat atas skali. Orang lain mandi bekas diorang...:-)

Pizza & the Slow Website
Since masa ada lagi before the office opened at 8am, I decided to make a pizza dough. Lama tak buat pizza ni coz sorang dalam rumah ni mmg tak makan anything to do with roti. ( Adik le tu..). So, kalau masak benda yang dia tak makan, mmg nak kena buat something for her. Dah le kurus kering, makan pun memilih. Kejap je pizza dough & topping dah siap. Dapat le 2 large pizzas. Resepi I combine 2 resepi.
Back to the govt website, rupa-rupanya diaorang dah tukar new system since 1st July. Baru je lagi. Tu yang tak perasan tu. So, kena call office diorang tu get the new password for the new system. MasyaAllah, punya le lembab macam siput website tu. Everytime u want to go to a new page, it prompted to key in the identification ID which u have to key in about 5X! Lepas tu nak upload document yg around 30kb pun tak leh. After calling & emailing them, at last we resolved the problem dah petang. Rupa2nya file name tak leh ada any characters. Grr.. Apasal le tak mention awal2 kat instruction tu upload tu! So, finally got the job done around 4pm with the help of Hubby.

Stand up, sit down
Minggu ni konon2nya Hubby nak on protein diet. So, we had roasted chicken, then baked fish. Hari ni terpesong lak makan pizza for lunch. But, with heaps of protein as topping. Kira ok la tu.. I pun dah mati kutu nak masak. Tomorrow ingat nak wat meatloaf je.. Tadi, since the princesses tak suka pizza, I pesan kat K.Jun suruh masak nasi & goreng telur kat diorang. Pulun sakan diorang. Yelah dah banyak hari tak makan nasi..wakaka..kesian kat diorang. Papa nak diet, semua orang kena diet nasi..Alysa tak kisah le since she can survive on bread, but Adik since taste dia kampung style sikit, kalau tak makan nasi banyak hari mesti rasa tak puas! Aside from pizza base that I prepared last nite, I also made an easy peasy carrot cake. Recipe from allrecipes with a few modifications.
