Victorian Christmas Tree

Hello friends! Here is my new Christmas project using Sizzix and 7 Gypsies. Great choice, don't you think? This time I made a Victorian style Christmas tree:

For making this tree I used the 7Gypsies Postale paper, the 6x6 stack. There is also a new sizzix die I used: the Sizzix Bigz Die - Garden Greens. It is a very versatile die and here I just cut it into pieces and used it to enrich the Christmas tree. The procedure for making this tree is very simple and if you would like to make it just leave me a comment and I'll put down a few hints for you.

In RL the paper looks almost like fabric, but there is a secret how to make it ;-)

Here is another thing I wanted to share with you. The past week has been released my second book for children:

I wanted to say a big Thank you to everyone inspired me, belived in me, encouraged me, helped me, waited for me and made this possible in any way. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Christmas wrapping ideas

Hello everyone! I'm back and I wanted to share with you some wrapping ideas using Canvas Corp products. They offer a vast area of products selection and the wrapping is so much fun. In my oppinion the wrapping is very important. It shows how much a person cares and is also a gift itself. Not to mention that seeing the gifts under the tree dressed up in a special way has a certain value and even enhances the christmas feeling.
And here is the first idea. At Canvas corp they have an enormous selection of Christmas papers. I used a dotty version for this gift. With the Sizzix Bigz Die - Stacked Stars I've cut out the stars from a piece of canvas and stamped some of them with the 7 Gypsies Christmas stamps. I also used canvas to cut out  the Snowflake medalion with the Sizzix Bigz Die - Snowflake Medallions to create some dimension with the beatiful red canvas flower. I used the red rope on the base and add. I cut out a piece of Christmas CC paper and glue it on the7Gypsies Naked Scalloped Tag. The finishing touch are the chipboard letters appaering from the flower. They are the 7Gypsies Chipboard Alphabet.

And here is the secomd idea: I used the beatiful CC Christmas paper
and decided that I'll use the red and white clothespins for making a candy cane effect. Also there I used some canvas to cut out the shapes that complete the bow with the Sizzix Originals Die - Botanical Element
and instead of the ribbon I used some teared  red fabbric. I completed the gift using the gorgeous White Leather paper to cut out the Sizzix Thinlits Die Set 9PK - Doilies
 and some grey cord .

I love dedicating time to make a nice wrapping for the ones I love. There is something special in making a gift in the gift :-)
Have a lovely Friday!!!

Ice skates ornament

Hello! How are you. Here is a quick post with my second Christmas Ornament. This time I used the ultra beauty of the

Sizzix Bigz Die - Ice Skates

I decided to make several dies and glue them together because I love the 3d effect when making ornaments. There would be something missing if I used only one layer and in RL the ornament looks even better because of all those layers.  I also covered the entire skates with white and silver glitter for a more festive effect.

That's all for now. I will be back in a few days! Bye!

Doubleside Christmas Ornament

Hello! Here we are, getting close to Christmas and of course to msking beatiful decorations for this season!!! Well, let's get started with a doubleside decor: Here it is:

I decided for a combination of the frosty blue and the warm red in a clean white background. I obviously used some Sizzix dies. In fact Sizzix has a huge range of Christmas dies and one is more beatiful and attractive than other!!! I think I have to make a loooot of projects to use them all! I think they have really a fairytale ingrediend and are perfect for me.  This time I opted for the Brenda Walton collection. Beside a marvelous die you get you also have a gorgeous storage box which is lovely!!! This ornament has the

Reindeer die cut

on the inside and the

Snowflake ornament die

on the back. Well, there is no really a front and the back because in any way it turns the eyes get a Christmasy atmosphere :-)

Do you want to make it?

Here

the video tutorial for you!
I hope you'll make it. See you soon!
