Chi può ricamare e chi.... - Those who can stitch and those....

§ Come sapete non riesco più a ricamare come una volta.... e va bè, me ne farò una ragione, ma la Mini Signora che abita nella Casa Rossa può :o)))

§ As you know I cannot stitch as I used to ...well, I can make without, but the Mini Lady who lives in the Casa Rossa can :o)))

§ Ho ricamato questo kit di Janet Granger qualche tempo fa ma solo in questi giorni sono riuscita a montare il telaio.
Per i miei gusti questa tela è un po' troppo grossa, sono 40 fili per pollice, ma il soggetto mi piaceva.
E' similissimo alle stampe botaniche che la mia Mamma aveva in tinello e mi sembrava il giusto omaggio per Lei che non c'è più.

§ I stitched this kit by Janet Granger a while ago but only in the last few days I managed to build up the stand.
For my likings this canvas is a bit too coarse, 40# 1 inch, but I loved the subject.
It is very similar to the botanical prints which my Mum hanged in her dining room and it looked like the right homage to Her who is no longer with us.
