ART JOURNAL PAGE. "FOREVER"

Hi guys!

Welcome to new entry for Snip Art.

For this occasion I have gone out of my comfort zone and I have gone to a more vintage style.

For this project I have used chipboards from various collections, "Small is Beautiful", "Jolly Roger", "Wandering Ivy", "Mandalas Dreams", a brick wall background and the word "Forever" 

And in the background a stencil of words.

Pigments, effect oxide pastes, inks, stamps, embossing, ribbons and paper.

This is the tutorial that I have prepared for you this month, on my YouTube channel you have the video.

The Journey Art Journal Page

Hi there everyone, Farrel here to share with you all my latest art journal page. Please feel free to click on the process video below to see my process.

I used Distress Oxide Sprays for my background and a Map stamp by Darkroom Door

The papers I have used are by Stamperia - Around the World.

I embossed on Snip Art's packaging using Sizzix Foundary 3D Texture Embossing folder and used Distress Oxides and inks to cover.

I covered my Up In The Air Frame with Sepia Archival Ink as well as the Balloon. I kept the Rose of Winds compass raw and adhered to the balloon. For the Globe chipboard, I sprayed with Distress Oxides.

art journal / Shkarpet Alena

Hello, my darlings! With you Shkarpet Alena. 

Probably every scraper should have an art journal, I thought, and set about creating it by filling it with paper of different quality.

The cover of the art journal was decorated with a chipboard and plaster figures.

The word ART is made up of the letters of our chipboard collection "Reach For The Stars"

Reach For The Stars Art Journal Page

Hi there Snip Art Fans, Farrel here to share with you all my art journal page I created using the Reach For The Stars collection.
There is a process video at the end of the blog if you would like to watch me in action.

I used a watercolour cardstock as my base and with a blending brush I used Distress Oxide Inks to create my galaxy. I also watered down some white paint to splatter some stars.

In the video you will see I originally heat embossed the stars but I felt the colours were too close to the background so I decided to leave them raw which is very new to me.

For the Planets, I used my aqua pen and Distress Oxide inks to add colour and I love how they turned out. For the title I used Finnabair's Sparks paint and I also watered down the left overs and splattered onto the background to add some shimmer. To finish off the page, I added some paper dolls and used my Fineline Applicator to doodle around the edges.

I would like to invite you to our April challenge. During these times we all need expressly hope, something positive and also motivative every day now. We need a breeze of spring, sunny days, clear mind, and so much love and bright colours...

Our moodboard with wonderful pink shades will inspire you for creating your own projects. You can find projects of our DT and the challenge rules below...

Zasady:

1. Praca musi być nowa, nigdzie indziej wcześniej nie publikowana, stworzona specjalnie na nasze wyzwanie.

2. Forma pracy - dowolna.

3. Praca musi być związana z tematem wyzwania.

4. Wyzwanie trwa od 6 do 30 kwietnia 2020 roku, do godz. 23:55.

5. Prace zgłaszacie za pomocą inlinkz na dole posta, podając link do swojego POSTA z pracą (nie do całego bloga).

6. W poście z pracą musi być zamieszczony wyzwaniowy banerek i podlinkowany do tego wyzwania.

7. Prosimy o wyłączenie weryfikacji obrazkowej.

8. Można zgłosić dowolną ilość prac, ale każdą w OSOBNYM poście.

9. Zgłaszając się do zabawy wyrażacie zgodę na publikację swojej pracy na blogu firmowym Snip Art.

10. Pracę można połączyć tylko z JEDNYM innym wyzwaniem.

Rules:

1. Project must be new, created specially for our challenge.

2. You can create any project you want.

3. Project must be based on the theme of the challenge
4. The challenge last from the 6th of April to the 30th of April till 23:55.

5. Publish your project on your blog and add a link directly to the post (not to the whole blog) using an Inlinkz tool.

6. Please add the link and info about our challenge, where your work is 

8. You may submit as many entries as you like but each one should be in separate post.

9. By taking a part in our challenge you agree to publish your project on the Snip Art blog.

10. You can mix your project with only ONE other challenge.
