The base layer was created with acrylic ink and a Gelli Plate. A Brutus Monroe deco foil sheet was layered then the digital image. A birthday sentiment from Stampin' Up finishes the card.

The image was stamped onto watercolor paper, colored with Tombow markers and fussy cut. I pulled out a few Gelli Plate papers from my stash and loved the color combo on the one I chose to use. A wreath die, enamel dots and sentiment from the same set finish the card.
