Advisory: No delivery this Wednesday

Our dear friends,


 In lieu of the upcoming holiday, we will not have deliveries on Wednesday, Nov. 2nd.


 For those going on trips, kindly make sure to send us your orders before heading out on vacation. Order cut-off for organics, bread, premium beer and specialty dishes are still on Tuesday, 3PM.


Deliveries will resume on Friday, Nov. 4th.

Advisory: New delivery route: We're going North!

North inquiries, we have heard you.


Beginning this week, we will be adding another delivery day for the following areas/villages:

ADB
Corinthians Village
Eastwood
Greenhills
Valle Verde
Wack Wack

Order Cut-off

Cut-off for regular produce for North orders is Thursday at 3PM.
Cut-off for organic produce, bread and specialty frozen dishes/packages for North orders is Tuesday at 3PM.

*Save yourself the hassle of remembering these cut-off dates and order on the weekend before your delivery! We'll give you 5% off your total purchase as an early bird incentive.*

Delivery Schedule & Required Minimum

As this is a test run for a new delivery route, we are currently looking at a Saturday delivery this week. We'll gather all North orders and come up with an efficient route to serve you. 

If you live in the outskirts of these areas, we may or may not be able to accommodate you depending on your distance from our main delivery route. We will be happy to work out a meet-up schedule with you in any of above locations. 

Lastly, please be advised that the minimum order for North deliveries is ₱800 + ₱50 delivery fee.

We at The Green Grocer are always finding the best way to bring you the freshest of produce.

We are happy to announce that we are now communicating directly with farms for most of our produce. This ensures you receive the freshest fruits and vegetables straight to your door.

Because of this, we are moving the order cut-off to 3pm so that our logistics team has ample time to get to the farms and pick up your produce. We know this is two hours earlier than what you are used to, but let us help you by sending us your cellphone number so that we can text you a reminder of our order cut-off the day before your preferred delivery.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation, and know that you are one with us in our desire to get you fruits and veggies in its freshest state.

I lieu of tomorrow's holiday, our Monday delivery to Alabang and Paranaque will be moved to Tuesday. That's an extra day to prepare your week's menu! :)

Next week, we at The Green Grocer will be taking Wednesday, the 20th, to Sunday, the 24th, off in lieu of Holy Week.

For Monday, April 25, deliveries:
You may text or email us your orders during Holy Week, but we will respond to them on the weekend before Monday. Order cut-off will still be at 5pm on Sunday.  

For those claiming their Groupons after Holy Week:

- Email us with the subject: Groupon Delivery for [insert preferred delivery day]: [insert Voucher Code]
- Attach a copy of your Groupon voucher emailed to you by Groupon Beeconomic.
-  Please indicate the following information:

• Name  
• Delivery Address (with directions is most preferable)
• Package/s ordered; any additional orders on top of your Groupon Veggie Package
• Preferred Delivery Date
• Contact number (cellphone most preferable, so that we can text you confirmation details)

For ala carte orders:

-  We will be posting our market price list of the week over the weekend. You may refer to this to order.
-  Email us with the subject: Order for [insert preferred delivery day]: [insert area/city to be delivered]
-  Please indicate the following information:

• Name
• Delivery Address (with directions is most preferable) 
• Your orders, and any promo package you would like to avail (299 Summer Fruit Package or 399 Veggie Upgrade) 
• Preferred Delivery Date 
• Contact number (cellphone most preferable, so that we can text you confirmation details)

We will get back to you via text or email with a confirmation and additional information on delivery fee/s and total amount due, where applicable.
