Hello folks! I hope you had a wonderful Easter Thyme! I spent mine relaxing and stitching :))) And now we approch another ancient celebration: Beltane. In ancient thyme this was one of the major fertility celebrations. We still have the May Pole, the May Queen... and all these traditions derives from the ancien Celtic Fire Celebration of Beltane :)

Hello dumplings! As promised on FB (if you want you can join my group: CLIK HERE ) I designed a new freebie to celebrate the arrival of Spring. I'm not a spring fan, I prefer autumn and winter, but I appreciate some simbols of this gentle season: hares (really???!!!), flowers, birds songs... There is always a sense of hope in the arrival of spring :)

I hope you'll love my freebie. I must thank Elisabetta because she stitched this freebie but she also took the picture. I had (and have) a hard thyme... and she helped me a lot. Thanks sweety :)

Hello my sweet friends :) As promised, here is another lil free graph dedicated to LOVE. St. Valentine is just around the corner, and you'd stitch this pattern in a couple od hours :) Elisabetta (my beloved model stitcher) stitched the grey one, and I stitched the red one. I used the wonderful RED DEVIL by ROMY'S CREATIONS

I'm surprised.. I aged the fabric AFTER stitching and the color is perfect... Romina you are fab! Girles I really suggest you to try her threads... she is an italian color artist and I really think her products are fab!

Hello my friends, and Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holidays' season! I spent mine with my family and friends and I'm so thankful for the wonderful thyme I had :)

I (what a shame) noticed that I didn't design a freebie for all the 2013!!! This is so unfair!!! So I decided to spend my holidays designing some freebies for this newborn 2014 :)

The first one is AWAKENING. The ancient celebration of Imbolc is near, sheeps will give birth and the very first flowers will grow from snow :) I love this festivity, it's so full of meaning, and life, and pure light... it's believed that snowfalls during Imbolc days are the last of the winter season... Isn't it a lovely festivity? It is all about the ancient Goddess Brigid, now St. Brigid of Ireland.. I love this ancient lores...
