Gifts,Sketches, Journal Pages and Art Dolls
Greetings and Salutations!
Boy oh Boy it was Christmas at the Studio this Week. Pattee from Odd-Dolls sent me "Dwiddle." Look how cute this little House Elf is...(by the way, Pattee is offering a workshop on how to create these little guys, so check it out over at her Ning Group). Click the Badge on my sidebar and it will take you to her Ning Group! Dwiddle is sitting with me in the Studio! I absolutely love him and Thank You Pattee for making me smile! The next gift is from Colleen over at LoopyBoopy. I am a collector of her Art Dolls and if you haven't gotten one yet, well you need to get one. Make sure you get it when you see it, because if not, it will be gone! LOL Thank You so much Colleen for Sending me Joelle. I love her too and she has found a home in my Studio. However, I have to feed her Martini's here and there! LOL Joelle and Dwiddle are up to no good! LOL Thank you girls for making me giggle!
I've been working on some new Art Dolls for my Etsy Shop and New Website. These little gals are not finished, but close to being done. I will post them all here before I place them over at Etsy. I'm loving this cold weather. I get to dress them in Winter Clothes!
Now if I can just figure out how to get some of pictures loaded right over here on Blog, I'd be set. Sorry for the sideways photos. LOL As you all know, I've been spending time with my Art Journals and my Sketching. I have made a goal to work in my Art Journals everyday and Sketch every night before I go to bed. As for the Art Journals, they are starting pages and I just love the fact that a page is never done. Man, you can keep going and going with these pages.

Three Times a Charm! Oh My and a Scribblers Award
Greetings and Salutations!
I have been given the "Kreativ Blogger Award" by three very special people. Who, all have very different Blogs and that are fantastic at what they do. Please visit MarZel, Moriah and MidnightsDreams, to see what these ladies have been up to for this Fall Season. Thank you Ladies for bestowing the Kreativ Blogger Award on me and for thinking of me and putting a smile on my face! WE all work so hard on our blogs to keep them fresh, new and Kreativ and it means a lot to me to get this award! So THANKS AGAIN!
So here are the rules:
1. Thank the person who gave you the award.
2. Copy the Logo and paste it to your blog.
3. Link to the person who gave you the award.
4. Name 7 things about yourself no one would really know.
5. Nominate 7 "Kreativ Bloggers".
6. Post links to the 7 blogs.
7. Leave a comment on each blog so they know you nominated them.
7 Things About me:
1. I love 501's Button Down Jeans and White-T Shirts
2. I leave my tea bags in the sink instead of putting them in the garbage. (My husband laughs at me, and thank God he puts them in the trash) LOL
3. I'm extremely focused when working.
4. I love Fruit Loops, Java (Just Black), Green Olives, and Honey Nut Cheerios. Great Diet I have!
5. I do not sleep, and if I do I'm tossing and turning all night!
6. I don't watch TV, haven't in years, so don't ask me what's on the boob-tube. Instead, I listen to rocking music and watch movies in my Studio. I haven't been to the movies in years. I wait for the DVD to come out!
7. I can't sing for crap! But doesn't mean I won't keep stop trying! LOL
I am bestowing this award on to the following Bloggers:
Jacqui from http://www.odddollz.blogspot.com/
Caroline:http://carolinescrafts-carolinejones.blogspot.com/
Anita:http://www.anitastamps.com/
Zan:http://wildatheartart.blogspot.com
Colleen: http://www.loopyboopy.blogspot.com/
Michelle: http://www.3rdeyemuse.blogspot.com/
Pattee: http://www.odd-dolls.blogspot.com/
Now for the Scribbler Award. This award was bestowed on me by Zan from Wild At Heart Art. This gorgeous creator of the Monster Swap and Under the Sea Swap. Zan is simply amazing and she puts these unbelievable Swaps together for all of us to participate in and spends so much of her time making sure it's all in place. Please visit her blog to see her amazing stories she writes and all of the things that are going on in her life!
As part of accepting the award, I am supposed to name 5 other blogs that I feel are superior scribblers.
This will be a tough one, because there are many bloggers out there that deserve this award, and I'm sure if I don't list them here, they will eventually get this award, so make sure you pass this on to other Scribblers out there!

Today is Friday, Workshops to Discuss and WIPs!
GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS!
We made it through another week , and I hope you are getting your creative juices flowing for the weekend!
As you all know, I've been spending time taking some workshops on line. With the overwhelming presence of "NING" so many artists out there have set up Ning Sites, and are offering such fabulous workshops. I'm actually taking quite a few workshops from various Artists. I have learned while taking certain workshops that if you pay for a workshop, you should be able to download the videos for future reference. The one's that I have signed up at Creative Workshops were great workshops, however due to the fact that you cannot download the videos and I had such a hard time viewing the videos (the stop and go), I will not be taking any other workshops over there. I have searched out workshops where the instructor has a presence on the site and allows you to download the workshops. I think it's important that if you pay for a workshop, you should be able to download it for future reference. I know life happens, and it's nice to know that when your schedule frees up a bit, you can still take the workshop without having it disappear on you! With that said, Monica over at www.handsandheart.ning.com, Nancye Williams, www.nancyesartdolls.ning.com, Gritty Jane, www.somethingtomake.com, Suzi Blu, www.suziblu.ning.com, and Marie, www.evbstudio.ning.com are absolutely fabulous instructors and artists and all of their workshops that these artists offer are freaking incredible and well worth the money! I might have gotten the websites wrong, so if you are interested in taking workshops, just click my badges on the sidebar of my blog and it will take you the Ning Group that you are interested in.
Right now, even though I'm signed up for numerous workshops, I'm concentrating on my workshops over at Suzi Blu's Les Petite Academy. (One at a time! LOL) I can't say enough about Suzi Blu. This little firecracker of an artist is incredible and so giving of her art. I have really enjoyed her workshops and learning from her. For someone who never tapped into drawing and painting before, her "Goddess & The Poet" workshop is absolutely amazing. The videos are clear and step by step instructions. Her PDF's are out of this world. If you are thinking about taking an online workshop, I would start with Suzi's Workshops. I know I have along way to go, but I'm looking forward to the journey.
Here are some of my Works in Progress from her Workshops that she is offering!
Now, onto Ornies...I love searching for new ornies on the internet that various artists create, and I'm very excited that Colleen over at www.loopyboopy.etsy.com has created a new line of ornies. Check her out other there. They are wonderful and have that LoopyBoopy Style! LOL
