This is what I call her turtle face, she makes this face while saying "oooo oooo ooo ooooo" I don't know where she got it from, but she has since stopped doing it. :(
She started balding on the back of her head from turning it side to side while laying down. It seriously looked like i had taken scissors and snipped a straight line, ha ha.
Every day her hair does something different and on this day she had a horn in front and back and nothing I did would make it lay down, he he he. (Ignore my white legs, sorry)
She loves my face and grabbing as much of it as possible :)
She had some really cute outfits this month (this being one of my favorites). For some reason standing up made her super happy
I tried to get her to sit up by herself but she kept tipping over (she is mid-tip in this picture) which is why I stood her up in the picture above
We decided to try rice cereal for the first time, and she didn't seem to love it or hate it, I think she was intrigued by the spoon mostly.
The next day however, was a different story. She started out just fine but after a few bites wouldn't eat for Thomas anymore, so I decided to give it a go and gave him the camera........
She ate some from me, but obviously wasn't too happy about it.................
and............... then it turned into this picture, ha ha ha ha ha. I still crack up laughing that he got this good if a shot! After that I got a lot of really good suggestions and I thickened it up a bit and put some colic ease in it (she LOVES the taste of it so I figured she would like it in her cereal) and it worked! However, a few days later she developed this eczema rash on her arms and tummy so we stopped.
She loves airplane time on my legs
She started doing really well sitting up as long as I had the boppy around her, but even then she would fall over and get really stuck, making her really mad, he he.
This is a dress my mom made for me when I was her age and it fit perfectly!
One evening we had to do some yardwork and it was pretty chilly, so I bundled her up in her snow suit....... ha ha ha she wasn't too sure of it
Every Sunay morning we turn on Music and the Spoken Word and she LOVES listening to the choir :)
Look at me! I am getting better at sitting up on my own! Now I just have to figure out how to keep myself upright, not bent over.
She loves this beaded ring and on this particular night, she decided to just leave it hanging from her mouth for about 5 minutes straight, it looked pretty funny :)
Last but not least, she LOVES this little jumper we have. She doesn't just bounce, she launches herself as high as she can. I have a better clip on our video camera (this was taken using my little camera) but I don't have it uploaded yet, (working on it) but this gives you a snippet of it
You will also notice as the month has gone on, that she has less and less hair. I didn't realize how bald she was getting until I saw pictures from the beginning of the month. So sad :( Hopefully she doesn't loose all of it.
