Where to begin? I'm honestly not sure if someone just didn't take Granny's favorite tablecloth and made it into a steampunk outfit or if this is real. The jacket shape would suggest Edwardian, not Victorian. Maybe the skirt is on backwards? That would make more sense for the Edwardian era as well. I really haven't seen anything like this before and I'm very open to suggestions on what the heck it really is.
