I saw your question on the Lemon Dill Chicken Burgers and yes, you can pan fry or broil any burgers. : ) I would sear them on med-high for just a few minutes on each side (just til brown), then, turn them down to low, put the lid on, and cook 6-8 minutes per side. If you have a meat thermometer, cook to 165. If not, just pierce one and see if the juice runs clear. Thanks for trying them, hope you like them!
Hey there! Sorry I'm so late responding!! I don't know that pan fraying the Lemon Dill Chicken Burgers ensured the meat was cooked through any more than they would be on the grill. Do you happen to have a meat thermometer? I don't but plan to get one as it is a useful tool. I followed Lori's suggestions as far as cook times and the burgers were cooked through and moist and perfect. I hope this helps somewhat and I'm not far too late.. Happy cooking!
Sorry it took me 2 days to get to you! You use strong black unsweetened liquid cup of coffee. I am not annoyed. I am usually the one being specific on asking. So no problemo! Hope it works out well. Super easy throw togther cake!
