No Pictures...Need Advice
I seem to shop with no plans for the things I buy. I just see something I like and I get it. I find I have too many little things because I either like the price or it just catches my eye at that moment. I need to stop doing this but sometimes I can't help myself.
Now I might add that Colonial style decorating also appeals to me. Do these two styles mix in a cohesive manner? Anyone decorating this way want to share some advice on how I might marry these two styles?
Thanks for listening to me this afternoon. I sure hope someone has some good advice that can get me on the right track.
Anxiously awaiting a response,
Hugs

Dreaming Big!
Today I want to share with you two beautiful cupboards that I would just love to have. They are from Ashley's Primitives. Ashley has given me permission to use her website pictures so I can share them with you. Like they say, if you are gonna dream, you might as well DREAM BIG! Aren't these two pieces just amazing!!
This first one would look absolutely beautiful in my bedroom. I wonder if my husband would feel the same way? I just noticed that rug. Love it! I think Ashley sells these as well.
Now I'm thinking this beauty would look perfect in either my kitchen or possibly my master bath. I'm not really big into the punched tin look on cabinets but I find I'm loving it on this piece.
Both of these pieces along with tons of other fabulous hand made items are available for viewing on Ashley's website. If you have never been to here website make sure you do so soon. The address is http://www.ashleysprimitives.com/. I purchased a fantastic stove board cover from her and I just love it. The workmanship is very good and the prices are even better. I promise you won't be disappointed that stopped to take a look around.
I'm not trying to make excuses here but my days have been pretty busy as of late so I'm not sure how much posting I will get to do this summer. My daughter is playing softball three and sometimes 4 nights a week. In between her games, we try to catch my sons games. He is head umpire for Little League and he also plays softball on a over 21 men's teams 2 nights a week. We go straight from softball to cheerleading and volleyball. Thank goodness hubby and I only had two children. I don't know how we would do it if we would have had more. I come from a family of 10 children and I have to wonder just exactly what mom and dad were thinking!!! I know, things were different then.
I hope everyone has a beautiful week!
Hugs and Blessings,
AMY
