TILDA'S LOVELY LACE

Morning folks,

I am here this morning with another card using one of my older Magnolia Tilda stamps.  I worked to a lovely Sketch for CLP and initially I was working to a Challenge which asked for Mint and Chocolate Chip.  I was right out of my comfort zone here but it does me good to try different things.  Unfortunately I missed the deadline for that one as Blogger was playing up.  Never mind, these things happen though.

Die-cuts:  Memory Box, Cheery Lyn and Magnolia tag (from EBay)
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Machine Stitched
Beads from my teamie and friend (thanks Choccy)
Everything else from stash

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

CLP Challenge - Sketch
Hooked on Craft Challenge - All that glitters
Joanna Sheen Challenge - Summer Daze

Divas by Design challenge - Tag Your it

Well, I hope you all have a lovely day and that the weather is kind, (well we can hope can't we!)

Thanks for looking, and for your lovely lovely comments,

PLAYING

Hi folks,

'Playing' is the theme at Lili's Little Fairies, and this is just what I have been doing too, playing and having fun.  This one has been made a little while now waiting to be posted onto my Blog.  I have used one of the lovely die-cuts from LOTV, do these two cuties look as though they are playing?  I think they do.

I really must remember to write down he name of the papers as i make my cards, these were from my stash pile so I am not sure what they are.

Die-cuts and Punches:  LOTV die-cut and Martha Stewart 'branch' punch
Doiley, Cheesecloth and pearls from EBay
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts

ONE STITCH AT A TIME CHALLENGE #119 - SUMMER DRESSES

Hi folk

Here we are again with a DT post for One Stitch at a Time.  The theme is a lovely one, entitled 'Summer Dresses', so think prints, flowers, fabric etc.  A real girlie one which was just upmy street!

Sponsor:  Joanner Sheen with a wonderful prize of a £10 UK Gift Voucher

I was lucky enough to work with this gorgeous image from Beary Dust Stamps called 'Berry'.  This is a brilliant Digi stamp, and the beauty of it is there is no hear to colour!  Ins't she gorgeous!  Perfect for a Summery theme.  She is available from  Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps .

First I made the background to it all.  I loved doing this!  I had a brilliant Martha Stewart All over the Page heart punch bought for my birthday last year (Thanks Maureen! HUG) so I put this to good use.  I punched hearts randomly over the backing paper and then placed co-ordinating prints in backing paper underneath.  First I tried material but the prints I had did not work as well.  I have taken a photo of it before it was finalised.

Martha Stewart All over the page Heart punch
Beary Dust Digi called 'Berry' (coloured with Copics and Promarkers)
Papermania papers
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Machine Stitched
Ribbon and pearls from EBay
Stickles purchased locally.

And the base layer before finalising

Do pop over and take part in this lovely Challenge, full details can be found at One Stitch at a Time and there is lots of lovely DT inspiration too with a good variety of different styles of work.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Tonight, I have a card to share using a lovely image designed by Tina Wenke for Stampavie whidh has been cleverly coloured by a very dear friend of mine.  I think the image is called 'Bear with Parasol'.  I have gone for the bold and bright look using Pink and Green, lovely roses embossed circle and pearls to embellish.
