Karber clear stamps for SCRS new release!

It's time for new Karber clear stamp release for Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps!  And this new release is called Hawaii Kawaii that contains 5 images and 2 sentiments and it will be available to buy tomorrow!  Here is my make...

I just love this set - goodness knows we need some sunshine and warmth in the UK and it's perfect for you lovelies on the other side of the world with Summer around the corner!!  I matched her up with gorgeous papers from the Bo Bunny Barefoot & Bliss collection and the celery webbed weave ribbon that I bought fro Ladybug Crafts Ink (here).  Ohhh, I can feel the warmth on me right now!!

Be sure to visit all rest of the SCRS designers for more peeks of Karber Hawaii Kawaii - Sparkle will be giving away this Karber set to one lucky person! For a chance to win, you need to comment on all of the designer's blogs listed below. Then head on over to the SCRS blog and comment on the Karber post. You have until midnight EST tonight to comment. The lucky winner will be announced tomorrow!

And lastly to let you know that Rin is our featured character with 15% off between 12-24 November!

Make It Monday sponsored by Delicious Doodles!

It's Monday and it's sunny and I decided this morning to take the day off work - woo hoo!!!  Better let someone at work know now...

Of course, as it's Monday, here is my card for this week's Make It Monday linky party...

Gorgeous image, huh?!  This week we are being sponsored by one of our regular sponsors Delicious Doodles who stock this beautiful On The Look Out. The image is so  soft and gentle that I decided to keep the card really simple with some subtle distressing - and no designer papers!

Make It Monday Sponsors

Delicious Doodles are very generouslly giving away 4 digi images of winners choice!  And the more times you comment on other entrants' posts, you increase your chances of winning!  And of course for a chance to get your card showcased on next week's Make It Monday post, a winner will be randomly picked from all the entrants of this week.  I hope you get a chance to join the party!

And my top pick this week is this wonderful card by Dawn of Paper Stamp Scissors...

Created by Dawn of Paper Stamp Scissors

I love Dawn's creation because of the soft yet fresh colours, those pretty fluffy flowers and how she's coloured in the matting behind that beautifully coloured in bear!  Dawn has a really lovely style and I recommend you go check her blog out!

I am entering my card into Crafty Emma's challenge for woodland creatures.

Just a note...

Hello all! I hope you all enjoyed the Ladybug Crafts Ink blog hop yesterday - the DT had a great time with lots of laughs along the way! And if you need any help in finding the hidden ladybug, just take a look at the photos on one of the DT's blog hop posts (wink, wink, don't tell anyone I told you!). Thank you for all those who left us such sweet comments - ours heads grew a little bigger today, lol!!! I will keep my fingers crossed for all of you who joined in the hope you win some blog candy!

Onto today's card. I made this for the Sweet Stampin Challenge blog "just a note" - I send this sort of card out all the time. I have a lot of friends that don't live anywhere near me so it's just nice to send a card for that personal touch. So here it is...

I loved playing with this Hero Arts stamp set - so much so I didn't even need a sketch to inspire me! Onto the next challenge!

Paper/cardstock: Bazzill cardstock, Cosmo Cricket Boyfriend paper pack
Stamps: Hero Arts Just a Note set

I miss you

Well, a "hoppy" Easter weekend to everyone! I have been sooo looking forward to having a lie in today as it's been another looong week at work! I managed to sleep right through to 7am this morning - normally it's 6am, so it IS an improvement!

Anyhoo, I'm sure you are not interested in my silly sleeping habits! But I just wanted to say how much I have missed blogging this week - you gals (cos let's face it, there's only been one man visiting my site!) are so wonderful to connect with! Ok, onto the card! Here it is...

I didn't use any challenges as I was just loving using my Stampin Up products! I wanted to make a pastel card and thought this set would give a light airy feel (just like how Spring should be, but instead it's grey, grey, grey and wet - again! Must stop moaning about the weather....). It looks a bit wonky, doesn't it?! Hey ho, in real life I think I can get away with it!
Anyway, off to do some more blogging now and visit all my virtual friends! ttfn, xxx
