Thinking of you time over at Bellarific Friday

It's time for a new Bellarific Friday and this week the theme was "thinking of you" and here is my Bellarific Babe DT card using Mo Manning Big Girl Pants for Stamping Bella...

  


I used papers from the Sweet Shoppe Designs New Found Happiness collection  and an embossing folder with flat backed iridescent pearls to create some interest.

New Year girly party time!

Ack - only 5 days to go to Christmas - am I soooo excited!  So many pressies, so little time!  Anyhoo, I'm here today with my Bellarific Babe card and today I've got another card using the Uptown girls The Three Amigas...

I used papers from the Echo Park Winter Wishes collection - don't cha just love this colour combo?  I used a snowflake embossing folder on the matting for interest and a wide purple satin ribbon to wrap around the middle for some richness.  I've also dotted lots of Glamour Dust around the frills, champagne and shoes for a bit of glamour!

There's still time to join in with our Bellarific Tuesday challenge over at Stamping Bella at Splitcoaststampers where the theme is white space.  Just create something using Stamping Bella stamps, and upload to the SCS gallery using the keyword BELLADEC2012.  The challenge will run from today until midnight EST on Monday 7th January 2013 - hope you get to join in for a chance to win $25 Bella Bucks!

Christmas candy - yum!

Another Christmas card I knocked up using the freebie Simply B Stamps that they are giving away if you join in with their December challenge on their Facebook page - very generous!  Here is my make...

She is called Candy Cane London and I matched her up with papers from the Carta Bella Merry & Bright collection.  And don't you love that Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Rectangle Mat die and Small Bow die?  I just can't help myself - I just keep using them!  I am entering this into the Simon Says Stamp for anything Christmassy.

I think I've only got a couple more Christmas cards to show you later in the week and that is it for 2012 - promise!

All That Scraps December release review!

We are reviewing more gorgeous the All that Scraps  December new release!  Today we are showcasing the cool and fun Mashi's Muffins and Lil Lads and Lolitas.   Here is my DT make...

I love this cute guy!  He is Mashi's Muffins Cupid and AmyR Stamps Love Always Sentiments.  I used digi papers by Meghan Mullens from her Do What You Love collection - I think this is perfect for the guys, not too soppy!   

For my second card, I used Lil Lolita Spanish Willow, Webbie's Words Love Nuggets Sentiments set and C.C. Cutters Heart & Scalloped Heart die... 

 

I used Bo Bunny papers from the Love Bandit collection and an embossing folder on the white background  (although you can't see it very well!).   Check out more Lil Lolita and Mashi Muffin inspiration over at the blog here.

Yum...Christmas candy...

It's Tuesday so that means it's inspiration time over for By LoRi Designs team so here is my DT make using cool Penny Peppermint...

This is definitely going to a clever teenager I know!  I used papers from the First Edition Christmas Joy pad and the cool sentiment is from the Christmas Sentiment set - the perfect teenage-style font!  I created the little scene with MFT Die-Namics Snow Drifts die and the C.C. Designs Cutters Four Season Fence die.  I used lots of Stickles glitter glue along the snow drifts to make it pop!

And here is a card I've made for my friend's birthday in January - very apt in this cold winter!   I used the beautiful Candy Cane Jane by By LoRi Designs...

I used digi papers from the Echo Park All I Want for Christmas collection the sentiment is from the Christmas Sentiment set.  I used a snowflake embossing folder and glitter cardstock on the matting and Martha Stewart snowflake border punch to give it some bling!

Another wine bottle tag

It's anything but a card day over at All That Scraps so here is a wine bottle tag that I made for a New Year's gift...

I used C.C. Designs Meoples Celebrate, AmyR Stamps Frosty Greetings and C.C. Designs Cutters Tini Glass die.  I framed the little lady in the Lil' Inker Designs Instant Camera die numbers from the There She Goes Numbered Days set and I also used Zoe Pearn Spook-a-Licious digi papers and hand cut the fishtail and used an extra large corner punch to round off the corners.

Hurry, hurry, gotta get those Xmas cards done!!

Only 7 more days to go until it's Christmas Eve!  It seems like I've been making Christmas cards non-stop but I still need a few more!  So, I got out more of my yummy Quixotic Paperie goodies to make this...

I used the My Favorite Things Guest Designer sketch for December and I just love those gorgeous papers from the Carta Bella Merry & Bright collection.   I used that pretty My Favorite Things a la modes You Shine that I stamped on Make It Colour Blending Card and coloured with my Copics.  I got to use lots of Die-Namics too...
