Fairy tea time

It's time for another Lili of the Valley blog hop and today we’re celebrating the launch of the sweet Birthday Fairies - and all 10 of them are adorable!  And of course there will be prizes to win on this hop!

The shop in Leeds is open that day for the Birthday celebrations with design team members (including me!) from all over the world coming along.  There will be more new products, demonstrations and special offers - so lots to tempt you to come along!  I hope you can make it as I would LOVE to meet you in person!

And if you can’t get to the shop don't worry because there will be some online fun too - details nearer the time but Lucy will be on Facebook throughout the day bringing you chat, news and pictures from the shop. You may even see me demo'ing away!

I'm quite technology literate but it seems that there is always something new to learn.  The latest one for me is using hash tags.  I love the idea that you can use this to search for anything tagged with it, but I must say that it does bring up a load of rubbish too to sift through!!  Still, gotta keep up, huh?!

Melyssa, our fabulous Whimsie Doodles illustrator, always seems to keep up-to-date on such things and has incorporated in one of the new images for the May release called Miss You.  Here is my take on it...

I think this girl is super cool!  Although I've just realised now I'm looking at the photos that I haven't coloured in her right shoulder, lol!  Will have to rectify that before I give this one away!

Day 1 of the SugarPea Designs May release sneak peeks!

It's new release day!  And today I have a couple of posts - one for SugarPea Designs and another later for Whimsie Doodles.  So this post is to give you a sneak peek of one of the new fab SugarPea Designs May release and also to introduce our two new guest designers Tara Godfrey and Dana Joy - welcome girls!

So today we are showing you a really fun set called Blow Me Away and here is my take on it...

Isn't he fabulous?  This is such a versatile set - it comes with other elements with matching sentiments.  Just brilliant.  I used Digital Design Essential papers, my Darice embossing folder and La-La Land Crafts bunting die.

Pretty birthday girl

Hello again!  Here I am with my Doodlelicious Diva make using the very sweet Casual Lizzie...

I really like how this one turned out.  I used up some of my precious K & Company designer paprs and used a Lili of the Valley Scroll sentiments and Lil' Inker Designs balloon dies.

Hi everyone!  I hope everyone in the UK is having a lovely long weekend!  The weather isn't too bad here in East Sussex but it's still bloomin' cold!  We are off for a long coastal walk today with the girls - I love being by the sea and hope to get a job in New Zealand this year so we can have an ocean view from our house!

I'm here today to show you a sneaky peek of the new Lili of the Valley fairy stamps that will be released on 10 May.  Each and everyone of them are gorgeous - of course you wouldn't expect anything less anyway!  So here is my card using Hugs...

Isn't it so sweet?  I also used LOTV Simply Sophisticated papers from the Promises pad and punched the wee flowers from the new Promises Solid pad.  I also used the fabulous La-La Land Crafts Cherry Blossom Branch die.

Dies galore

Over at La-La Land Crafts this week's theme is Dies Galore - simples!  There are so many gorgeous dies in the La-La Land Crafts store that it's hard to decide what not to use!  So here is my take on it...

I really love how this card turned out - truly in the Spring spirit!  Although the UK weather at the moment is awful - grey, drizzly and really cold, predicted for -1 degs tonight.  Not good!!  At least it's another long Bank Holiday weekend for us so I'm going to craft, craft, craft!

Anyhoo, back to the card!  I used the beautiful Daisy Fairy Marci along with all of these dies...
