Actually, I really DO do mornings! I am typically an early riser, eager to get my day started. But I have some friends who don't do mornings AT ALL! (You know who you are!)
I had almost forgotten about this card I made several days ago. Frankly, I didn't like it and wasn't going to post it....but here it is anyway! That tends to happen when I haven't had much stamping time and I've been a bad blogger! LOL!
The images for this card are from Memory Box. The adorable little penguin is called Curler Penguin . Isn't she just too cute?
I stamped on watercolor paper using Onyx Black Versafine ink, then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder. The stamped image was colored using Tombow (water based) markers.
All frames for the main image were cut and embossed using my square Nestabilities.
The I Don't Do Mornings sentiment was stamped on watercolor paper, then cut and embossed using Spellbinders Ribbon Tags.
The designer paper is Basic Grey's Two Scoops 6 x 6 paper pad.
Thsanks for stopping by tonight. I sincerely appreciate all your comments!

Violet Bouquet
It has been such a long time since I played along with the Featured Stamper Challenge on SCS. So today I decided to give it a whirl. The featured stamper is Teneale Williams. I had never been to Her Gallery before, and I found some AWESOME things in there.
The card I chose to CASE can be seen HERE . I changed the stamps, but kept the general layout and color scheme. Of course, since I don't have any SU! cardstock I had to improvise with the colors.
The stamps I used are Memory Box Tall Vase and Violet Vase . I stamped the vase first, then used my Stamp Positioner to get the flowers in the vase precisely where I wanted them.
The flowers and vase were colored using Tombow (water based) markers. I aged the edges of the flower panel using Ranger Vintage Photo ink. On the red panel I stamped the Violet flowers with VersaMark in to create the watermark effect. I used my Design Ruler by Tim Holtz to pierce the red panel as well as the lines above and below the flower panel.
The ribbon is May Arts Brown Satin , and the sentiment is from Hero Arts Anytime Messages clear design stamp set.
I hope you all had a fantastic holiday weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, and AM NOT excited about going back to work tomorrow. Oh....what would it be like to be a lady of leisure? ??
Thanks for stopping by....have a great week!

Appreciate what is....
I hope you all had a very Happy Easter and found some good eggs!
Before I get to my card, I have to tell you that I'm breathing s small sigh of relief that the store is up and running well, and if there are any MAJOR glitches, I just don't know what they are (yet)! Now, just because I said that something will bite me, won't it? LOL!
I would be remiss if I didn't thank Sara for all her untiring efforts. Sara is the graphics artist who created the artwork for my blog, as well as my store. She put up with me when I was tired and frazzled, and kept on keepin' on. She IS the best there is...and I encourage you to look her up at Tweaks and Designs .
The main image on this card is from Memory Box, and it's called 3 Vases With Flowers . I stamped it on watercolor paper using Versafine Onyx Black ink, then embossed with JudiKins Detail Clear embossing powder. The stamped imaged was colored with Tombow markers and a blender pen.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts Anytime Messages Clear Design stamp set. I know I said this yesterday, but I LOVE that set, and use it a lot!
The designer paper is from the Memory Box Sugar Collection . And the bling in each corner of the flower panel is Hero Arts Citron Gemstones .
Thanks so much for stopping by!

NEW - Paper from Memory Box!
I've been SUPER busy since I got home from work tonight! The Memory Box order was on my doorstep, and I couldn't wait to see the new paper and stamps!
I have never carried designer paper in my inventory before, but I couldn't resist these beautiful designs. (I also have all the new Basic Grey 6 x 6 pads on order.) The first picture is the Aerial Paper Collection . There are 3 sheets each of 10 patterns, for a total of 30 sheets. The colors are tangerines, sky blues and a rustle of feathers.
The Inspire Collection also has 30 sheets. Again, there are 3 sheets each of 10 different patterns. They boast a deep aqua, chocolate brown and layers of swirl.
The Sprout Collection is also beautiful! There are 3 sheets each of 10 patterns in leafy greens and petal pinks.
The Flirt Paper Collection has 50 double sided sheets in this paper pad. There are 10 patterns, with 5 sheets each. All are just gorgeous! The design is the perfect scale for card makers
The last one is called the Homespun Collection . These are double sided as well, and there are also 50 pieces in the package...5 each of 10 different patterns. As you can see, the colors are spring like...and beautiful!
I am in love with these....and I think you will love them too!
Sorry I didn't have any other eye candy for you tonight. I still don't have all the new Memory Box stamps listed in the store...but I'm going back to work on it as soon as I finish this post.
I will have something new for you tomorrow night.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
