French braid with a little cover

She had just got done crying in this pic, so her eyes are puffy.

First I started out parting the hair in 2 different sections. The first one from the front of one ear to the front of the other. The second part is from just a little behind one ear to just behind the other ear.

Take the middle section and french braid it all the way across.

Now, put the front section into 4 ponytails. These are the "little cover".

Pull the front ponytails back into one low ponytail in the back. Add your accessory, and you are done! Very easy.

French braids with a headband

Here is my baby girl with puppy molly. I really wanted to keep her. She was our last puppy left. But, unfortunatly my husband thinks 3 dogs are enough. She went to her forever home just this morning. :(

Okay, now for hair.... :) First part the hair across from ear to ear. I actually made the part just behind the ears.

I sectioned the top into 3 sections and french braided them straight back, stopping when I got to the back part. I didn't braid the sides.

Instead, I took the sides and secured them together underneath her hair at the nape of the neck.

I twisted the ponytail from each braid into buns by twisting the hair until it started to curl into itself then twisted it around the base of the ponytail.

I liked how this headband looked in it. The buns also help the headband from sliding off of her head.

A down-do and bow holder

The kids are starting to feel better!!!! So Julia asked me to do her hair, I was thrilled! OK, I first parted the hair Straight across from ear to ear.

Then I made another part diagonally.

Working to the right of the diagnol part, I put in 3 rows of french braids, following the part. Then I went to the other side and did 3 more rows of french braids starting at the part and going down.

I twisted the 3 left braids together, and the 3 right ones together.

I twisted the 2 twists together on the left side. Add a small bow.

This is my first attemp at making a bow holder. I just bought the pre made wood princess sign, and an acrylic paint set from the dollar store. Then I hot glued the ribbon to it. Having somewhere to put all of her bows is GREAT!
