Acetate Front Card

Hello again Cheery Lynn fans and how are you all today? I have an acetate front card to show you today.  Below are the Cheery Lynn dies you will need

The Square Classic silver dies are clear in the middle so it makes it so much easier to see where to position your cut which has enabled me to create the window.  I added the acetate to the back, Dimensional buttons are down the side and in the corner.  I have used the little stackers to create the spotlight stamp.

Here is a close up of the Little Circle Classic and Scalloped Circle and the Dimensional Buttons #3.  Take a look in the Cheery Lynn store for more options on the little stackers and LG nesting stackers and many more shaped dies.
Over on the Challenge blog you still have time to enter into our challenge "Celebrations" Check out the blog for more details..

The base has been cut using the biggest Heart Reflection Die which is 71/2 X 71/2 once cut. I then used one of the smaller dies in the kit to create a sort of frame around my image. The flowers I have distressed used DI's.  For the centres I have used the dimensional buttons which I have threaded with string. Cheery Lynn Wall Hanging

Morning Folks, hope you are enjoying your weekend. Well what gorgeous weather we had in my part of the world yesterday sure beats the terrible rain we had on Friday! This week I have created a Wall Hanging using Cheery Lynn Dies:

I first cut the base using the Kaleidoscope Lace French Flair Die, I used the biggest die for this. I then used the French Flair Classic die from the XL Purple Stackers and again I used the biggest die. ( The Purple series are slightly bigger than the silver series this is to be able to create that laying effect)
The silver French Flair came next (paper with the ladybirds on).

I have again used the roses dies mixed in with a few mulberry flowers and then you have the gorgeous build a flower, olive branches and Tropical Flourish

Here's a close up for you of the build a flower. These are so easy to make and don't take a lot of time.
Sorry about the quality of the photos but they are taken with my phone as my camera has had to be sent for repaired.

Love this new little Tilda and her Ducky from the new Stamp kit.

You still have time to enter into our challenge "Christmas in July" over on the Challenge Blog which ends this evening 10:00pm (Eastern Time)

Cheery Lynn Dies Inspiration

Good morning all, sorry I haven't been around my blasted internet died on me last week so I haven't been able to come around and visit.  Hopefully we are back up and running!
Well its time for another Cheery Lynn Inspiration and this week I decided to only use a sentiment on my card (what a challenge that was)  I got there in the end and I'm quite happy with the result..

Cheery Lynn Dies
Swedish Spring Oval Doily DieFanciful FlourishMini Fanciful Flourish, Roses - MiniMediumLargeCarnival BorderClassic Oval Stackers (Silver) Scalloped Oval Stackers (purple), Little stackers - Classic Circle and Scalloped Circle.

I used a lot of wild honey distress inks on the scalloped circle and the oval's on the inside, the colour was just perfect with this colour scheme which is also a first for me as I tend to use a lot of brown and vintage colours.

Here's a close up of the roses and flourishes (I'm just loving the mini fanciful flourish, its just sooo cute)

The inside view
Cheery Lynn Dies are: Carnival Border, Classic Oval Stacker (Silver) and Scalloped Oval (Purple)
The different between the silver and purple is that the silver series of dies are slightly small than the purple so you can achieve that perfect border.

You still have time to enter into the Cheery Lynn Challenge - Roses this week.  If not we start a new challenge theme tomorrow (Monday 18th June) For the month of June Cheery Lynn are offering a grand prize of a Big Shot Machine. Check out to challenge blog for all the details..
