Sneak Peak #3

Here is Santa from the Christmas collection. I used the new Snow Marker from Marvy on the fuzzy parts of Santa's suit. When you add glitter to the wet Snow before you heat it, the glitter becomes part of the snow. I colored the image with Copics and added highlights with the white gel pen. The May Arts ribbon that I used had some gold thread in it to add some glitz as well. The green paper was embossed with the holly cuttlebug folder and distressed with sand paper. So, HO HO HO, getting ready for Christmas!!!

My Friend

This card features Lizzie Anne stamps. I used the Glitter & Acetate technique on the flower, cut it out and popped it up for dimension. I use Art Institute Glitter for this technique.

I used a Marvy scalloped Circle punch and added some piercing for fun detail. I used the white gel pen so the piercing would show more.

Other supplies are from my stash here....but this is a card that would look fun with many different designer papers and ribbons!

Happy Wednesday!

Fancy Pants Cheery Hello!

This card features Fancy Pants' Arctic Chill collection. The flowers are a Penny Black Stickeroo. We are in the midst of painting our half bath....and so I put to use a paint chip for my mat layers! I used a Marvy square scalloped punch to finish off my main image. The heart is from Cuttlebug....the set has a die cut and four embossing options. With Love is by Hero Arts. Various flowers and gems finish the card off. Thanks for stopping by! ~michelle~
