When I did at my home, I added some handful of mint leaves which doubled the taste. It just brings out the freshness flavour and is royal in taste.Here I have added both jaggery and sugar. It was because my mangoes were soo sour and to adjust its taste accordingly, I added sugar. You can add extra or less depends upon ur choice.

INGREDIENTS.
1 Large Raw Mango.
1/2 Cup Grated Jaggery.
1/4 Cup Sugar.
1 tsp Dry Roasted Cumin Powder.
1/2 tsp Black salt or Kala Namak.
1 1/2 Cup Water.
Handful of Mint leaves.
Pinch of Black Pepper.
METHOD.
Wash mangoes and cut of its outer skin. Cut them into chunks excluding mango seed and place them in pressure cooker with 1 cup of water. Under full pressure cook the mangoes for 5 min. Allow them to cool.
Later grind them in mixer with remaining water, jaggery, sugar and mint leaves. Add cumin pd, black salt and pepper and grind them again for few sec.
Place them in fridge.
Strain and then serve with a topping of fresh mint leaves.
