Zoo day
Grandma and grandpa V. Gave the boys zoo passes for Christmas so we decided to put them to good use. It was a beautiful day and we soaked up all the sunshine we could. The boys had a great time especially Kyzer, he was so mesmerized by all the animals!

Brody's 1st Day of Preschool
I sure do love this boy! He sure is an independent little guy. I chose out his new clothes and shoes and guess what...well not to my surprise, he of course chose a whole different outfit and different shoes. Miss Sherry, Brody's new Preschool teacher told us and the kids at orientation that the kids don't need to take off their shoes. So Brody decided he needs to wear tennis shoes so they won't get lost...love him! Here's to another year of Preschool!

Fun Activities in no particular order
I heard that the Safety Kids Fair was fun for kids so we decided to check it out. The boys seemed to like it and we got lots of free stuff, just cheap stuff for the boys, which they were thrilled about. I thought it was pretty informational, they teach you how to buckle up and how to be safe in certain circumstances etc.
My sister Tarasha and her husband Shane went out of town for their anniversary so my mom and I decided to take the kids to Tracy Aviary. I remember going as a kid but I haven't ever taken my boys there. Kiya dressed herself, isn't she so cute! We were able to feed the birds called, sun conure's, apples and go inside a caged area. Brody was so brave and held the apple for the bird to come get right out of his hand but as soon as it landed on his hand he pulled away. It was a little intimidating. Cooper and Kiya just watched. Then we bought some duck food so the kids could feed the ducks.
My really good friend Beth and I decided spur of the moment to head on down to St. George. She had the weekend off as well as Monday and Adam was working all weekend so we decided why not. So within a matter of 15 hours of making our decision we were driving down to St. George with all three kids. I love to do spur of the moment things and I'm grateful that I have a husband and friend who like to do those things as well. While we were down there we played in the hot tub, then we dried off in the nice warm sun. We can't wait for summer to swim and enjoy the weather even more! We got sonic drinks, went to the park, watched movies and enjoyed hanging out!
My little man Brody turned 4 on March 19. We celebrated first off by going to the Herriman grand opening of the Recreation center...boy that was a mistake there were so many people and as some of you may know Brody does not like big crowds. So we found the bounce house where it wasn't as crowded and let the boys play there for a bit then we were outta there. We then went to lunch at Chick-Fil-A and let the boys play on the indoor playland. Off to home we went for naps and then up and going again to Chuck e cheese where all of our family and some friends came to join us. Brody loves that place, although sidenote, don't go on a weekend for a party... too many people. But on a good note Brody had fun and that's all that matters. We were grateful that everyone was able to come and celebrate with our special boy. I know I say this every year but wow I can't believe he is 4. I am so grateful for Brody and for his spunky personality. He is so smart and is learning so much everyday and especially at preschool. One day I need to take a picture of him coming out of school, he always has the biggest grin on his cute little face! Brody amazes us with how much he remembers, he has an excellent memory! We sure love Brody and are so grateful to have him as a part of our family.
Some of the neighbors at Ron and Janet's had some concrete done a couple weeks ago. My boys were thrilled to see the bobcat workin' workin' and the concrete truck come in. We were outside for most the day just watching, the boys loved it! The cute man who was driving the bobcat asked if the boys wanted a ride and of course how could they not resist. How nice of this man to take a little time out of his work to take the boys for a quick ride. I LOVE nice people!
Who camps in March? We do we do! That's only because we got an invite from Beth and Josh and will we do it again in March? Heck ya! The boys went down a day earlier than I did because I had a baby shower to attend for my cousin-in-law Kelcie. The boys met up with Beth, Josh and Harbor and hung out with them until I got there on Saturday. The weather was a little chilly but it was still nice to ride the 4-wheeler, dirt bike and rhino. Saturday morning was a dirt bike race which the boys absolutely loved. I can't wait til I get to go to one with them. Then I came Saturday afternoon and it rained, rained and then snowed all night long. Adam was up worrying all night if we would be able to get out because it was so wet. I kept thinking how fun would it be if we did get stuck and we were snowed in! We had enough food for a couple days, why not. Josh was also worried but they worried for nothing because we got out just fine the next morning. Brody had fun riding Harbor's dirt bike. Harbor is barely 3 years old and she has her own dirt bike with training wheels it is so cute! Brody loved riding it as well. He forgot where he was going at one point and ran right through some trees and got a gnarly cut on his forehead. He was wearing a helmet but the tree branch pulled it right off his head so it's a good thing he had something. It was a fun quick trip and like I said...YES we would do it again! We love hanging out with Beth's family, they are a lot of fun and we can't wait to go again!
We celebrated Cooper's 2nd birthday on his birthday this year which was April 10. I had my gall bladder removed two days before his birthday and didn't know if I was up to doing a birthday party just yet but I was doing great and moving around really good so Thanks to my family and my dad for cooking most the dinner we were able to celebrate his birthday on his big day. Cooper is such a little sweetheart and is such a happy kid. He loves to give kisses and hugs to anybody! And he is always waving good-bye and blowing kisses when anyone leaves. He thinks he can do anything his big brother can do which is true for the most part. He is definately very daring. He talks a little bit here and there but for the most part he lets Brody talk for him. I just took Coop to his 2 year apt and he is 23% for weight and 25% for length so he's just a little guy. But we sure do love this little guy! We also celebrated Cooper's birthday with Adam's family a week before his Birthday at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Again we are so very grateful for a supportive family and friends who can help celebrate his Birthday with him. We are so very grateful that Cooper is a part of our life and brings even more happiness to us! Here are just a few pics but there are more to come from the other party.
