This is my grandpa, he passed away this morning. It's amazing how fast time flies when you're having fun! My grandpa was amazing. I have so many fun memories of him that I will never forget. He was the healthiest 74 year old I knew. He was losing his memory fast and finally agreed to get checked out. They found out he had a brain tumor and would need to have surgery soon. He went in for surgery and the news got worse. The tumor was more serious than we thought. He then had a stroke and lost movement in all of his right side.
We knew what he had wanted so the decision was made to let him go. I know it seems so simple but I'm sure it was the hardest decision for those who had to make it. This is what my grandpa wanted and now he's off to a much more peaceful place reuniting with those he loved! It's amazing what the gospel teaches us. Families can be together! It's so comforting knowing that and even though it's hard to say good-bye it's easier knowing that we will see him again. I love you grandpa!

Bag Tag
I was also Bag Tagged by Connie, which I thought this could be kind of fun! As I went through my purse, well I guess we can call it a diaper bag since I haven't fully converted back to a purse, I couldn't believe how much stuff I need to survive for me and Brody. These are all the things I found.
-Treats for Brody
-Toys, toys, and more toys
-Diaper/wipes and an extra set of wipes just in case. I'm always a "just in case" I even have more in my car
-Lotion for me and to spike Brody's hair
-A pen
-Coupons that I need to go through and cut out, yes I am a bargain shopper and super saver!
-An ad to the Off road expo, hope to make it this weekend
-A bib & 2 spoons
-Desitin creamy-works like a charm for Brody of course
-A can of "whoop ass" let me explain...Adam thinks that I need to protect Brody and me from the crazies out there so I have this can to spray in people's eye. I carry it to make Adam happy.
-2 Carmex's, lipgloss & gum of course
-Elastic and bobby pins
-Water babies sunscreen
-Hand sanitizer
-Tylenol, teething tablets and a thermometer, Brody has had a fever, dang molars coming in
-2 pairs of socks that Brody keeps taking off...Why try???
-Kleenex
-Garbage from wiping Brody's nose
Boy I sure hope I got everything. But when I think to clean out my bag, I think...why...all these things come in handy during times of need. I love my diaper bag. I tag Cindy, Tiffany, Tarasha, Sara and Ashley.

Here's some things we have been doing this last couple of weeks...
We went to the Discovery Gateway with Aunt Connie, Jack and Grandma V. It was a lot of fun. With Brody not able to walk quite yet, he sure had a great time. He loved the water the most and if it weren't for me, he would be soaking wet.
Superman! Brody loved climbing up the slide (with some help) and then sliding down.
Brody and Jack are such good little buds. Brody loves riding in the car with Jack. They just giggle and entertain the whole way. The ride is actually peaceful and I can focus on driving. I know scary.
Brody helped dad wash the car. He got a little soaked but he was having a blast so why take away the fun.
Here is Brody after getting into the dirt and rubbing it all over his face...need we say bathtime?

My cute Activity Day girls!
I have been doing Activity Days for the 10 year olds this last few months. It has been so much fun! It's like having a big girl party! Here's one of our activities. We learned about modesty and the girls made modest outfits out of newspaper and then we had a fashion show. The girls seemed to really enjoy it.
