Here's to another fun year at Freemont Lake. We were there for 9 days, you'd think that was a lot for camping but when you have fun activities and a fun family, it sure goes by quick. Brody was so happy playing in the dirt. We eventually gave up with trying to keep him clean. He couldn't be any happier except for nighttime when he only wanted his dad and refused to sleep in the play pin. After a couple days of him rubbing his ears, we took him to the doctor and found that he had fluid in his ears which could be causing him to be irritable. Then a couple days after that we realized he was teething. He finally is getting some teeth popping through. Other than that episode, he did really well. He rode up with Brian, Connie and Jack and was so happy. We were really worried about the drive up since Brody absolutely hates the car but he did great. In fact I was talking to a friend of mine telling her about Brody and cars and when we got back she said her daughter prayed that Brody would do well on the way up which he did, thanks Carly! Kids are just so cute! We went boating everyday and played in the freezing cold water. It sure is getting colder each year or could that be the age??? Grandpa Ron brought up a bike which each person took a turn to ride off the dock. We had a pampered hike which consists of facials and pedicures...thanks Kalie! We played on the water weenie, air chaired, and we even had a zip line which led into the water, that was lots of fun! We had an Amazing Race with different relay races, hence the picture of Brody holding the plunger. Lots of fun memories and the list could go on...til next year!

4th of July weekend
We went to the Kaysville water parade on the Friday. We thought Brody would like the big water fight at the end but apparently this was the one and only time that he did not like water...nap could we say? We then went to my parents to have lunch and Brody played in the pool outside which he loved. We went to a demolitian derby Friday night and it was a freaking amazing derby despite all the crazy drunks. Two cars flipped over and another went over the cement barrier. We can't believe we're white trash and we go to that stuff and not only that but now we've convinced Brody that they are the funnest thing to go to! Ha Ha Saturday we went boating with Adam's parents to Jordanelle...another fun filled day at the lake. Thanks Ron and Janet for the fun adventure!
