BABY #2
Yes that is right, we are expecting baby #2. Here's to the no motivation to blog or do laundry, make my bed, weed my yard, eat weird things. We are so excited to bring a new child into our family. We are due April 15th and should be finding out if it's a boy or girl right around the end of November. What a perfect gift for Christmas! Hopefully this next trimester bring me more energy.

A little of this and that...
Last Thursday was Adam and my four year anniversary. I decided to surprise him and take him to the place where he proposed to me. So we got dinner and headed up to Cascade Springs. It's way up Provo Canyon so I showed Adam the map and he drove us the rest of the way there, I definately would've got us lost. He was pretty surprised. We had a great time even though it was dark by the time we got up there, we still had fun!
Our engagement story...I told Adam I wanted to go up to Logan to look at rings and he kept telling me no we were going to go hiking so despite my stubbornness I finally gave in and he took me up to Cascade Springs on a motorcycle and we were walking along the trail and came upon a table decorated with nice dishes and glasses and Adam told me to sit down. I told him we couldn't intrude on someone else's table and he proceeded to tell me to sit down. So I did finally, I thought he was just joking around with the way he is. We sat down and talked for a small bit and he couldn't take it anymore so he got down on one knee and proposed. So cute! I had absolutely no idea it was coming. Good thing I gave in or else his whole idea of proposing would've never taken place.
I am so grateful I am married to my best friend. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Adam truely is my puzzle piece! I love him so much. We have had four wonderful years of a happy marriage, I can't imagine what more we will have to come. I love you babe!
Brody gave me these flowers for our anniversary!
On our drive up we noticed all the leaves changing. It's so beautiful. This is the best picture we could get with the sun going down.
This last weekend we went and helped my sister and her husband with their yard. They are trying to get it ready to hydroseed (sp?). With all the continuous hard work I think they are about ready, just some more leveling and they are good to go.
Brody's first time on a big kid swing.
Diggin' in the dirt.
Last week we went to the Utah State fair and saw a concert, went to the truck and tractor pull which Brody absolutely loved. He would watch and go "Oh" over and over again, he loves tractors. We also saw the cows, sheep, and pigs. Brody can now say "Moo, Moo". It's really cute! We had a great time.

Boating at Jordanelle
Last weekend we took some friends boating up at Jordanelle. We had a blast. We made our own man-made waterslide. That sure was a hit and everyone loved sliding down it. Maybe next time we will invent some type of water flow so we don't have to keep bringing buckets to the top of the slide. We tubed and just hung out on the beach. One of the families had three little girls who hadn't ever been boating or tubing and they hopped right on the tube with no questions asked and loved it. What tough little girls they have. Thanks to everyone that came!

So here goes my weird quirks...sorry it's taken so long.
I check our doors over and over to make sure they are locked, even though I can see that they’re already locked, I still have to rattle the door a few times.
I use sanitizer every time after getting gas and going to the store.
I have a freakishly long tongue, I can do almost anything you ask and touch the inside of my nostrils, yeah I know it’s kind of gross.
I write down everything that I have to do. There’s notes all over my house.
I hate bread crumbs on the counter and in the sink. Adam has sure gotten better cleaning those up.
I tag whoever wants to participate!

Fun, Fun and more Fun!
Last week we decided to go camping overnight...spur of the moment. So we did up Farmington canyon. It was so nice to see all the stars and get away from the busy city. Brody loves playing in the dirt. Our all time favorite...tinfoil dinners! Yum! We had a great time with our little family. Some of our good friends came over last Friday for a little get together. We always have a good time with them and another bonus, our boys are only two months apart. We are in the processing of the whole sharing thing with them and are trying to get that down. Funny how they always want the same toy. Thanks for the good times! Brody's new favorite: RAIN When we had that huge storm come in on Sunday, Adam took him outside to let him play in the rain. Here's just a little clip. And yes, those are happy screams!
