Does your husband blog?

The last post about Adam's finger was actually a post that he did. Yes that is right, it was his first official post. I was so proud of him that he did it all by himself. So my question is to all of you...does your husband blog?

Our trip to Logan

Update on Kiya...she is still in the NICU but doing great! Hopefully she will be coming home soon, as long as she continues to eat well which is a hit and miss. She has a little cold right now so it's kind of putting a deterrent on coming home for now but at least she is in good care and the nurses love her so we know she is getting the attention she needs. Brody and I took a trip up to Logan to help my sister out with Taya while she went to the hospital to feed Kiya. My poor sister is constantly on the go, I was grateful that we were able to help her out. She is home for an hour and a half then gone for an hour and a half doing feedings. She hardly gets anytime at home to be and rest. Brody and Taya loved playing together. They were so cute yesterday and kept giving each other loves and kisses. I don't know if anyone has been to Logan lately but holy cow it is freezing. I forget how cold it gets. It was -12 degrees as we were driving home tonight.

Side note: Never leave Adam home alone, not only does he not eat but he breaks things and this includes a finger. Yes he broke a finger while we were gone playing Dodgeball. Apparently the ball was thrown hard enough that it jammed his ring finger on his right hand and broke it, no more dirty diapers for him to change for the next while. Lucky him. We are going tomorrow to get it looked at by a specialist to see if he will need surgery...hopefully not. It's already driving him crazy with not being able to do things.

We went snowshoeing last week up little Cottonwood canyon. We started packing up all our gear and Brody knew we were going somewhere so he started putting his hat on and got his shoes of which he tried to put on. Anytime there is an opportunity to go outside he is there, he just can't get enough of the outside. We had a great time except for the fact that Brody is getting to be a big boy and is getting very heavy. Hopefully next year we will get him some of his own snowshoes to walk along with us.

Our friends Nikki and Josh and their little girl Baylee came to visit. Brody and Baylee were so cute with each other they kept giving kisses and loves to one another so cute!

Just being cute! Brody loves to say "cheese" anytime a camera is near so here he is saying "cheese".

While I was taking down our Christmas stuff, Brody was helping of course. He took down our drill ornament and used it to make a hole in one of my Christmas village boxes. Never thought an ornament would be put to use like that. What a smart boy.
