It was worth the wait.

Day 25 since my fan was sent
 on it's journey and it has not arrived.

Where are you??

anticipation

I have not received a response to my e-mail to the USPS.

Sigh.

My fan arrived once again (3rd time)

 in Warrendale PA on Jan 21 at 9:24pm. 

Will it be put on the right truck this time?

Or will it be sent to another location?

Maybe an exotic one this time.

How about Alaska or Hawaii?

It has been 20 days since my fan was sent on it's journey.

the story of the wayward fan - will it arrive in time for the warm weather?

I won this fan on EBay.

It was mailed to me from a lady in Minnesota on January 4.

It arrived in Des Moines Iowa on January 6.

Arrived in Warrendale PA on January 9.

I live in New York State right next door

to PA should be getting my fan any day. Woohoo!!

Next stop Denver CO January 11.  Ok, obviously a mistake.

Back to Warrendale PA January 14.

The fan hung around Warrendale PA for 3 days.

Tuesday January 19 my fan has

now made it's way to Jacksonville FL.

Sigh.

The man at the Post Office said someone in Warrendale PA keeps putting my package on the wrong truck.

Call this number and make a complaint the man said.

And my package will make it's way back to Warrendale PA

 The same place that keeps putting it on the wrong truck.

Called the 1-800 number - their website states that their Customer Service Department is open from 8am to 8pm.  Called at 4:25pm and a recording told me that their offices were closed.

Sigh.

I left an e-mail message.

I appreciate the words of encouragment from everyone.  I was having a moment of self-doubt, my insecurities were creeping back in.  I shouldn't judge myself against other people.  We all have our own unique characteristics and talents.  Thank you Tami, Jennifer, Carrie and others for your kind words.

a new year and a decision

I have been posting on my blog for almost one year.  My inspiration to start was when I started reading Jenna Woginrich's blog Cold Antler Farm.  I do not  possess a great writing skill.  My photography not always the greatest.  I post things that go on in my life and things that interest me. I trying to decide if I want to continue with this blog.  I'm not sure how many people have any interest.  I only get comments once in a while from a few friends.  Maybe you are out there reading but have not commented.  If you are please let me know so that I can decide.  Thank you.

i love the winter weather

It has been snowing for about 5 days.  I am living inside a giant snowglobe.Yesterday we got 9 inches of the white stuff. Some towns north of us have gotten 42 inches of snow within the last 3 days. More snow is predicted tonight and tomorrow. As I look out my window big fluffy flakes are falling.    So peaceful and serene.

 If you live in Central New York
 you just have to love the winter weather.
