It is My Time To Craft Challenge today and the theme is

Use Dies.

I have made a couple of cards.

This one is the negative from a Brick wall die and I stamped the image  on the card underneath.

This one is two  emboss folders of Spotty Dots.

CE California Collection  - Hollywood die and a CE Sentiment die.

The design team are worldwide so why not pop over and visit.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

Sunday challenge time and it is

Lets See An Animal.

I went with my old faithful stash of LOTV Toppers and this is one of the smaller ones, a little pussy cat with a Birthday cake.

Inked and stamped background  with a large sentiment diecut from Creative Expressions, doubled up to give a shadow effect.

Cards for the Charity box

 Good Morning All

A couple of cards today using a die from Creative Expressions.

I cut it in black as the sentiment I am using is 'Thinking of You'

Then I stamped in three colours, its like streaks of paint but it is a stamp.

I think they look good and very quick and simple to make.

Cards like this are great for the charity box and I also make boxes and put 8 cards in and give them to the charities for raffle prizes too.

Sentiments

 Good Morning All

I have three cards to show you today, all having a Sentiment Die cut as the main focus.

The first one is a die from Creative Expressions.

I am entering this into Allsorts 733 challenge 

This next one is a funny die as some of the letters are joined and others are single, which I didn't realise when I bought it.

And this last one is my fave die as it comes in two pieces, one is the background which I cut in a different colour.

All three are quick cards to make once the dies have been cut.

White on White & some Pics

 Good Morning All

When I am browsing facebook or Pinterest, I do love to see white on white cards, so this is one I made before we went away.

I used Centura pearl card for the Creative Expressions die and Mosaic Leaves from CE too with just plain white card.

While we were in Melbourne we visited the Botanic Gardens as I wanted to see all the flowers.

To be honest I was disappointed as there were not that many but here's afew pics of the ones I saw.

And this is the war Memorial which we went inside, its like a small museum.

For A Child for Allsorts

 Good Morning All

Allsorts Challenge this week is 

For A Child

And as we are sponsored by Ruth Hamilton Designs, I used one of her digis called Bunny in  Basket.

I decided to make Tess's birthday card ready for March.

I coloured the image with my Polychromo pencils then cut with CE Circles.

 Matted onto Kraft card embossed with CE Mosaic Leaves.

I added the sparkle ribbon from Crafty Ribbons as Tess loves Sparkle, then added  narrow gingham ribbon to the sentiment tag and a heart charm.

Brenda is giving these as a prize too

Dies Challenge Day 57 & Journal Page 16

Good Morning All

A single journal page today showing the dies from Creative Expressions Swiss Collection.

I cut all the dies in Hammered white card then inked with Distress ink.

Created two tuck spots.

Backed the larger one with pale blue card.

I found some lovely journal postcards in my stash and thought they would tuck nicely in the larger pocket.

For the smaller pocket, I made a tiny journaling book using scraps of papers.

Our lockdown still feels abit surreal at present.
We both cannot walk the dog, only one person.  And only one allowed to go to the supermarket too.
So we are splitting the dog walking and John taking him out at night for a longer walk as he doesn't tend to do a poo at night as John hates picking poo up, mind you, alot of the Spanish people dont bother anyway.
One bonus is that I am doing more housework!!!!
Tend to do that in the morning and craft in the afternoons.

Dies Challenge Day 48 - Jnl Page 13 and Maggie Die

Good Morning All

Here we are into March and my Die challenge is still going on.

I've used the CE Mosaic Leaves die before but as this piece was on my desk I stuck it on the front of the pocket I cut with Scalloped Squares.The corners and the leaves are cut from Kraft card using a Lea'bilities Die and the flower is based on Spellbinders Scalloped Circle.

The fancy Pocket cut from a  book page was already in my journal stash so not sure where it came from.

The yellow flowery tag is made using a serviette and Mod Podged onto a cardboard tag.

My next card today is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder in Gold Mirri card.

I cut  the cute Teddy in Mirri too and stuck onto Pink card cut with  Maggie die from Creative Expressions, a very beautiful die.

Sentiment Ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and the Border die cut is a scrap that was on my desk so dont know what die it is.

Here are my homemade sentiments that I have organised and now keep on my desk.
My John gave me a large box of Ferero Roche chocolates for Christmas, so I used the box for these.
I made dividers from card and wrote on the top which sentiment  is kept there.
So much better now, having them at hand on my desk.
