Doodling

 Good Morning All

I made this card using a couple of Doodles I found in a box on my desk.  I am on a mission at present to sort my desk and my trolley at the side of my desk.

Whenever I clear it all, I promise myself I am not going to let it mount up again and it always does.

Anyway, back to the card.

Just a paint splodge and a quick floral doodle over the top, then diecut with a  pierced square from Creative Expressions.

I really like this one.

Boxes of cards

 Good Morning All

As you know I make alot for charity and here are two boxes I made from Centura Pearl card.  I decorated them and tied ribbon around.

Inside are 8 mixed cards, mostly Birthday and I give these to the two charities I support for them to use as Raffle or Tombola prizes.

This is my April page in my Journal, abit of doodling and a tiny bit of collage.  I am trying to keep up with my journaling and am enjoying  the design of pages and doodles and glueing on pages too.

John and I go to our local Library here in Spain, they have mostly English and afew  Dutch books.

There are the decals on the walls going up the stairs which I thought were great and so true.

This one says  

There is no friend  as loyal as a book.

No Challenge Sunday

 Good Morning All

I am travelling home today, so afew teary goodbyes.

So, of course, I wasn't at craft on Friday so no new challenge.

I am missing this fella too and John of course.

This is Rico sat under my desk, his fave place when I am crafting.

We let his hair grow in winter too so he is quite hairy at the moment.

He is at La Finca Castellana while I'm away so I'm sure he is having a great time with all the other dogs.

This is the rescue centre I raise money for.

I just thought I would show a couple of my doodles in my practice journal

This one I shared on Instagram and FB yesterday, just a fun doodle.

I asked Eve to run Craft Club for me and the gifts I left for her were 

these bars, abit like Milky Ways.

Happy Sunday Challenge

 Good Morning All

My challenge for the Craft Club ladies is a nice easy one.

More Than 2 Circles.

I used two  shades of green card for the mats and doodled the flower on white card, all cut with CE Pierced circle dies.

Mounted onto oxide coloured card and embossed with Mosaic Leaves EF from Creative Expressions.

Hand Painted Doodle

 Good Morning All

As you know I have been doodling and on this one I decided to paint it too. I am happy how it looked and made it into a Christmas card.

The sentiment is from a  stickers set from Clarity Stamp in UK.

I think I may try doing some Holly wreaths and make more Christmas cards.

I'm not sure about the eyelash trim bow but too late now as its glued on, what do you think??

Doodle Journals

 Good Morning All

I showed this on Instgram last week.

It is a notebook one of my Craft ladies gave me for my Birthday, isn't it gorgeous??

It's A6 size and I am using it for my practice journal.

I was going to use a prompt opposite a collage page but then decided to go with the Alphabet.

So whenever I am I am creating and I come across anything that I think will work in it I put it aside ready to use.

This is one collage page and some thoughts before I decided to use the Alphabet

I enjoy doing them, so much so I have decided to do a Bullet Journal using them for my 2023 Diary.

Here is the 1st page from my 2023 Journal Diary.

I  love planning things like this.  I think I get as much fun planning as I do making it LOL.

This is all my own drawing, not copied from anyone, just using different doodles I have picked up along the way.

Crafty Friends & MAWTT Challenges

 Good Morning All

This month for Moving long With The Times Challenge we have a theme of Anything Goes.

Back in May, my friend in the UK sent me a birthday present of some silver heart shaped earrings and they were presented on a card.

So I cut the image out and covered the holes where the earrings were with hearts shaped gems.  I mounted it onto two different colours of blue card and punched the corners and added pearls and a butterfly.

Crafty Friends Challenge this month is a chart of Summer Colours.

For My card, I recycled a card I received in my Clarity parcel back in June.  I cut the inky background and the sentiment from it.

I added one of my doodled flowers for the topper

So both these cards are recycled and I m happy with them.

 Good Morning All

No challenge today as we were not at Craft club on Friday as shop is shut and I am in Alicante,  home today.  There will be a new challenge next week.

Another CAS card today with another of my doodles.

Quick Easy and Simple.

There are vertical embossed lines which are hard to see in photo.

Journaling

 Good Morning All

As you may know I make junk Journals but I have also got into Journaling for myself too.

One of my Craft Group ladies gave me a lovely notebook for my Birthday and I started collaging on afew pages, then started watching afew You Tube videos on the subject and came across Shayda Campbell via Attic Lane. and I was inspired as she combines doodling with journaling too.

Here are afew of my doodles, which I may have shown before, and some collage pages in my Notebook.

So after watching afew of Shaydas videos, I went online and purchased an  A5 size  Ottergami journal.

I am designing my 2023 Diary in a Bullet journal style.

This is my 1st page.

I hope you will join me on my Journal journey.
