I've had such a fun time this month sharing inspiration with Art Impressions stamps. I would like to say Thank You to Art Impressions for allowing me to join them this month! Today I would like to share a summer card featuring Gotta Garden Set 5000.
The summer growing season is short in Alaska. My husband and I take full advantage of the extended summer daylight and plant both vegetables and flowers. We never know what will flourish each year, but we enjoy the process regardless.
The group of lady travelers were stamped, colored with Copic Markers, fussy cut then adhered with dimension tape. The finished panel was layered onto Stampin' Up! Night of Navy card stock. A few enamel dots and coordinating sentiment finish the card.

I'm joining the House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge with a cute Anniversary card. I love using this sweet image from the Stampendous Spring Mini Clear Set for anniversary cards. They look to me like a happy couple enjoying the evening.
The image was colored with Tombow Markers then layered onto MME pattern paper and a variety of circle die cuts. This was a fun design that used several "scrap" items from my stash. The sentiment is a retired Stampin' Up! hostess set called Express Yourself.

My card features the lovely Calm Waters scene from Penny Black. The image was stamped onto watercolor paper with Versa Clair black ink then water colored with Tombow Markers. I layered the image panel onto black card stock and kept the design clean and simple. The finished card size is 6.5 x 3.75. A sentiment from Unity Stamp Company finishes the card.

I took a little artistic liberty with the Art Impressions 5113 Pand-tastic Set this week. The lazy little bear image is so adorable and I decided he could also be a brown bear. Of course, the brown bear is a little more common in my area of the country!
Both the bear and a sentiment from AI Chocolate Therapy set were stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink. The bear was colored with Copic Markers E53 Raw Silk, E33 Sand and E35 Chamois. The panel was layered onto designer paper from Pink Paislee Switchboard paper pad and a black card stock base. A few enamel dots finish the 4. 5 inch square card.

I've really enjoyed the inspiration that the design team provides each month on the Create A Smile challenge blog. I love their cute images and punny sentiments!
My card panel began with a Gelli Print from my stash. The pig images from Create A Smile Pig Out set were colored with Copic markers, fussy cut and adhered with dimension foam tape.
A very old birthday sentiment from Memory Box was stamped onto Stampin' Up! Granny Apple Green card stock and adhered. The card is finished simply with a green twine bow.

I was so honored when Art Impressions invited me to be their Guest Designer for July. I have been a customer and fan of AI for many years. My local stamp store carried the AI line and it was "love at first sight" for me.
Today I chose to create a fun birthday card with the adorable Art Impressions Frog set. The image was stamped and wet embossed then colored with alcohol markers and fussy cut. I created the base panel with Tim Holtz Rays stencil using Memento Tangelo and Dandelion inks. A few gems and "Hoppy Birthday" sentiment complete the card.
