What a Gorjuss notebook!

 

Hey there crafty friends. Here's a little notebook I made for my next class at This n That in Chino, Ca. This class is for this Wednesday from 6-9pm, if you are interested in coming you can call the store. This class is almost full, so get you spot asap!

I haven't colored a Gorjuss Girl in a long time! She's super cute and I love that big ole' pocket watch. These little notepads are sprayed in chalkboard paint. I spray them ahead of time for the class so we can focus on coloring and decorating. :)

A Wee bit adorable!

It's time for some Wee Wednesday!!

I've used this adorable Wee image called Angel Cody. I used the no line stamping technique. I LOVE the way the hair came out. This technique looks so soft love, love.. love it! I used Magnolia papers and of of my Sentiments from Little Darlings... which goes perfect with this image.

Dream Away!

Hi there everyone.

 

I made this card the other day and I LOVE the way it came out. I really need to do some simpler cards. I really do love the look. I think this Lili of the Valley image is adorable. I wanted the cardbord box to look really worn and 'played in'. The wood veeners really make this card. I need to get more of these. I just ♥ them!!!

 

Well, I'm off to bed. I work in the morning. I should be home around 4.. after I feed my little monkeys I think I have a date.. in my craft armoire! :)

Magnolia-licious challenge - dig out your vellum!

Hello there crafty peeps!

 

Today I'm showing you a card for the new challenge at Magnolia-licious. We are to use Vellum. At first I was going to do a little box and I had all my papers layed out.. then I seen how when you lay the vellum on a  piece of paper it lightens the one on the bottom. Well I thought using the vellum for matting would be a great way for people to use it ..easily. Then I used the printed vellum from

 Elle's Studio.. the hearts vellum and the striped vellum that I stamped my sentiment on.

Scrapbooking makes me so happy!

 I made a few layouts this weekend for a few challenges I wanted to enter in.

I just love Coloring with my Copics but it sure is so much fun to Scrapbook and go back and forth between the 2. Talk about getting a full taste of paper crafting!

This first one is a layout of my friends daughter on her first birthday. this little cutie will soon be my goddaughter. I just love this little girl to pieces!

I've used the sketch from the Pagemaps challenge. I'm also entering this layout in the

Gossamer Blue challenge to add a touch of gold.

I have used my Gossamer Blue Kit which has these beautiful papers from Crate Paper, and LOVE these frames and Flairs. I've also used some tags from Elle's Studio and Chic Tags, Alphas are American Crafts, stickers are My Minds Eye and balloons are Kasier Craft.

 

 

This next layout is from last year at my 30th Birthday. Ive used lots of Teresa Collins products, papers, brads and dies. I just adore the new lines she came out with at CHA. I've also used some Elle's Studio, Chic Tags, and the Flair is from Paper Bakery. The wood veeners are from Freckled Fawn.

Today we are just lounging around. We are going out to dinner. Unfortunately I don't have a family

that  cares to do anything on Holidays... So it's just Me Ralph and the kids today. Instead of spending it cooking and cleaning.. alone I'd much rather go out to dinner.. so we will!

 

Here are a few layouts I wanted to share that I did this week.

 

I made this one using some new Elle's Studio products I got and some I won from being Featured on their blog. Yay me!! I just love these tags. I also used some of my Teresa Collins papers, dies and embellishments, Glits Designs alphas and washi, Freckled Fawn wood chips, Basic Grey epoxy stickers, Amy Tangerine papers!

 

 

This Layout I made using American Crafts, Elle's Studio, Crate Paper - Maggie Holmes, Freckled Fawn, too!

 

I love this photo! I have it in 8 1/2 x 11 too!

 

A Few Layouts.

I just wanted to share some layouts I did this week. I'm on a roll!!

I've made 8 layouts and 6 cards in the last week since my kids have been off for Spring break.

Next week it's back to my busy routine.

Hopefully being ahead will give me motive to stay ahead..

...I'm having a blast with all my crafty things!

 

 This first page is of my oldest daughter.. about 2 years ago. :( Now she doesn't have bangs and she looks so much older without them.

This layout I made for the Gossamer Blue Scrap lift challenge.

I'm also going to enter it in the Gossamer Blue and Glitz Design Challenge.

I used Glitz Designs, Chic Tags and Elle's Studio products.

 

This next layout I made of my brother's girlfriend and I. She is so sweet and we get aong great. My kids adore her too. :) I think she's a keeper! ♥

 

I used some new My Minds Eye paper I got at the LSS a few weeks ago. I'm just loving orange lately! I popped on over to the MME blog and found a sketch challenge they are having. So I'm entering this in there.

This is another layout I made for the Gossamer Blue and Glitz Design Challenge.

It's of me and my other half.. at the Improv last month. :)
