A Lili of the Valley manicure gift set.

 

It sure feels like forever since I've posted.

I'm going through some family stuff right now. I'm hoping things will start to settled down.

I have a craft armoire being built and I can't wait to post photos of it.. and my new house. I just haven't gotten around to it. I think I will this weekend. My schedule has changed again at work, I work Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday mornings and then Monday and Tuesday nights. So hopefully I will be able to do some crafting when I get off work in the afternoon. Thant's my goal, anyways.

 

Well, I made this little box a couple weeks ago and then life got in the way and I never posted it. I actually have a few projects to share.. just need to find some time to post and more time to craft.

I'm using the new gorgeous images from Lili of the Valley. This one is called, Getting Ready.

I got this little manicure set from the dollar store and put some nail polish in the box. It sure does make a cute little kit.

Little Darlings and Scor-Pal Blog Hop!

Hello everyone!

Today we are having our Little Darlings and Scor-Pal blog hop!  Angie the owner of Little Darlings and Diana the owner of Scor-Pal (and Magnolia-licious) are both some of my dearest friends and they are both the sweetest, most generous people I have ever met!

Here's my project, I decided to make a Luminarai. I have a colored, battery operated candle. I tried to get some different colors showing but it was hard to see in my light tent. I have been wanting to color this image pink, hot pink! I really love it.

Happy Birthday Diana Blog Hop!

Today the Magnolia-licious Design Team has put together a hop in celebration of the one an only AMAZING Diana. Her Birthday is on August 24th! So I'm sending GREAT BIG Happy Birthday to you Diana. I hope you like what I've made for you. I was supposed to "bring" the banner/streammers but I descided to make them instead! I used quite a few stamps from the new Winner Takes All Collection. This collection is great, you can make your cards simple or dress them up. Either way works well! I used My Mind's Eye Papers called Life of the Party available at Love to Stamp. My flowers and embellishments are from Wild Orchid Crafts, as always!

Childhood Memories

Hi there! Today I have a carding using ' Just Swingin' from the latest Little Darlings Release. This image brings back a ton of memories for me. I remember waking up early with my dad on Saturday's to go walk to the park with my friend and her dad. Our dads would play tennis every Saturday or maybe it was Sunday.. lol I dunno I was like 6 so hey. Anyways... the park we went to had a tire swing and we would swing and spin and go round and round. It was so much fun. I could never do that now though. I just love childhood memories!

Last week I seen this tutorial on Splitcoast and I HAD to try it asap! Its a card/box and it's super fun to make! You've gotta try it. The Scor-pal makes projects like this so easy. I need to venture out and make more cards with different folds. :)
