Satter...if you are a genuine long, just post the stuff on the court docs but please stop adding your unwanted negative comments at this stage for this stock...I have subscribed to the Pacer system that allows one to access documents related to court proceedings for decades, always at minimum costs compared to my investments...every legal firm has this access also, and therefore so does every naked short working for a hedge firm...at this stage of this company's stock, unlike 99% of all OTCBB companies, it has a tremendous upside due to the events of the past six months...if you and peepee don't see that, since you both are intelligent folks, one must conclude you both work for the naked shorts, pure and simple...this is a Once in a life time event, and all those referring to events of the past ten years are confabulating some biull shit generated in their arses...competences vous mon amis?

There are def some on this board with a better understanding of the details of all of this but I appreciate the thought. I liked this one from the first time I looked into it. I just try and help get the pertinent info out there when I can. To say I am pretty amped up to see what takes place in the near future and down the road here is an understatement.  Hopefully it all works out for current holders.

It's never good news when a company is force to settle for a large sum for Fraudulent Conduct. It's a stain that will never go away. The settlement amount does not take into account the cost of lawyer fees defending the action for years, plus the Court costs RNVA will have to pay, undetermined at this time.

RNVA has several lawsuits from 2020 for non payment, some outcomes with defaults judgments. I read some talk about the turn around Seamus has done in the last few years. What is it? I see EM tier, no financial statements, stock price stuck in mud, along with occasional fluff statements by him.

That is good news. A minor sum of what was being investigated and more importantly its over.

As for filing. I agree, hopefully very soon and into the next FOXO leg up to really F the bashers.

Appreciate the recognition that I have been on the OTC 15-20 years surviving as an independent...The accolades are very much appreciated. I can see everyone on this board is fired up for various reasons. Seamus is leading this turn around charge. Can't wait to see what happens here over the coming days/weeks/months/years. Congrats to all on another completed step in the process. :)
