Manly Monday Snowmen in a bucket

I have this card with the same image
This reminds me of the “boys” in the hot-tub on Tuesdays for what my husband calls “Hot Tub Tuesday “. Anyway,
I colored the Stampin Up snowmen stamp with Copic markers. That’s all I know about on this one. I did mess up the back side with a stupid ink spot. So I stamped the backside with the snowflake stamp. (Thanks for stopping by and looking at my layout.
So, according to the blogger website only 5-11 people visit my blog. Lol. Leave me a comment below so I can see who the 11 people are. Lol.  Thanks for looking.

Christmas cards using the same blue Patterned

The snowmen stamp is by Stampin Up and I colored them in with Copic Markers.

This next card is what I started with but I didn’t think the red in the sentiment matched the red in the patterned paper. So I found a rub-on that matched better and changed it.

Snowman Merry Christmas Card

I know very little about this card because I bought the snowman and the sentiment stamps in a bundle without packaging. The patterned paper at the bottom was left from having a friend 4 years ago. I did die cut that paper and a piece of white glitter cardstock underneath it with an eBay die The small little snowflakes are sequins made by American crafts. thanks for looking

Christmas cards Scrapbook Layout-Sassy in 2012

Today, I have some layouts from my Christmas card scrapbook. We no longer get cards from them. But if you think of it that was nine years ago. The older of those girls is probably 20.

The letter stamps are by Stampin Up

The circle stamps at the bottom of this layout are by Unity Stamp Co. I added some Stickles around the edges for a little sparkle.

The patterned papers are from my stash. I love using scraps for the pennants.
The snowflake on the left isn’t a die cut and isn’t paper. It’s reminds me of a sequin.  I put a Brad in the center of it.
My guess on the reindeer die-cut is Cricut.

For the next layout, all of the diecuts are from my Cricut
The pattern paper is by Die Cuts with a View
The border punch is by Fiskars
The word “girls” is rub-on by Autumn Leaves
The number stamps are by Stampin Up
I inked the edges with distress ink

The day cuts on this layout look amazing but they are time consuming to put together.
But they look good.

Snowmen in Pink and Purple Christmas Cards

Things are going to get icy around Michigan. Perfect time to post some snowmen cards.

I used small snowflake stamps by Hero Arts. The single snowman is a Close to my Heart stamp. I colored him in with Copic markers.

The ribbon is from my stash and the blue with silver is by Stampin Up.

The die-cuts by Spellbinders

The patterned paper which has the colors pink and purple with a touch of black snowflake paper is by Die Cuts with a View. That paper is so old.

My miss stamping makes it look like he's waving his hands.

5 Different Snowmen Cards

This is a longer post with different snowmen images. Enjoy.

I love this snowman card. Just the stamp alone, it’s so fun and warming. The stamp is by Close to my Heart.

The green die cut is by Dreamweaver Stencils and the polka dot glitter paper is by Doodlebug.

This embossing folder is by Spellbinders and I stamped snowflakes in each square of the dry embossed

On this next card, I used a snowman stamp-
1998 Designs by Trena Hegdahl for
Westwater Enterprises
I colored it in with chalk mixed with paint
The sentiment is a heavy brass embellishment by The Paper Studio and is held down with brads

The die-cut is by Spellbinders.
In order to get the color around the outside of the image, I use distress ink and an ink blender on the paper when it was still inside of the die
The patterned paper is by Bazzill

This next card’s snowman was recycled from a store bought card
The background has a faint pattern of different snowflakes that I stamped.
The red cardstock was a square I cut into triangles.

For this next card, I used one of my Mom’s fabric squares.
Background is a recycled card.
Scalloped die cut by Spellbinders and eBay

I found another snowman to recycle from a store-bought card.
The scalloped die cut and embossing folder is by Spellbinders
I placed some red rick-rack down the center.

Last card is my Elsa card that I finally finished up. She doesn’t need a post of her own.
The patterned paper is by The Paper Studio and Carter’s Bella.
Colored with Copic markers, with some white paint on her cape.
The sentiment came with the set of images.

January 2012 Calendar Layout

After so much that goes into making the calendars for my family, it has paid off. I am being published at Scrapbook dot com
My layout is the last one on the page. I'd love for you to check it out.
For today I have the first of 3 different January calendar pages to show you. I think the best part of this layout is I used all the scraps found within my scrap room.
I still need to consider a resolution or goal if I'm going to for this year. My husband's goal is to get me out of this office make me set up shop downstairs. I'm reluctant to go to the basement. Then he will see how much stuff I really do have. Can't have that now, can we?
