Cups and Saucers

It has rained all day today. So I was in my workshop, busily puttering away. And I managed to make this Cups and Saucers block from week 36. I usually do my flying geese my way, but for this one I used the 'quickie method' as described in the instructions. It worked like a dream. This block took me no time at all. The hardest part was choosing the fabrics. This wonderful red fabric came from America Samoa by way of Barb.

Hetty has picked some nice blocks this summer, and I hope you get the chance to do a few of them. I liked the very circular look to this week's block. Plus, I just had to find one fabric - no worrying about finding coordinating fabrics. Kathie L in Allentown

My internet seems to be working now. So here is this week's block. It's called, 'Cups and Saucers' and it's a 9inch block.
