Dear Indira,

One of Tallinn's most noticeable building, this 26-story
hotel building was built for the 1980 Summer Olympics
sailing competitions occasion. It was renovated in 1997
and most recently in 2017 and renamed Radisson Blu
Hotel Olümpia.

Center in Pirita, a city district of Tallinn. This
modern building was built on the ocassion of
the 1980 Moscow Summer Olympics Games as
part of the facilities of the sailing regattas.

The flagship of Estonian functionalism was the Rannahotell built in 1937. Its curved middle section, with a roof terrace facing the Baltic Sea, imitates the machine aesthetics of contemporary steamboats.
