Hello and welcome to the blog today.
It's taken a few days to start to process the new turn of events in our lives. I didn't feel able to post about it before but after a spell in hospital with an infection my darling husband passed away on 23rd October having contracted Covid with pnemonia complications whilst there.
He was all in all to me, my best friend, father to my children, brother in Christ. He was a man in a million who lived his faith, loved his family and worked hard to provide for us.
The many prayers of my friends and family are what are keeping me going at the minute, though his loss will be an enormous gap in my life that will never be filled.
Goodbye my darling man. All struggles are at an end and you are with the Saviour you loved.

I am so sorry to hear this Edna. My husband died suddenly in a tragic accident in August 2021. 38 years together and I felt so empty. I moved 100 miles away to the Cotswolds and can honestly say it was the best thing I did. I couldn't stand to be around anything that reminded me of him. I have picked up my crafting again and designing for Crafts U print. I do hope you have found some solace in your crafting too.
