We watched this movie last night. It is about a plane crash in 1970 that killed 75 people from the Marshall University football team, athletic staff, family, and fans. The movie starts with the plane crash and tells the tale of the struggle to get a football program back in place. This was a good movie that focused not on winning, but playing the game. The actual events happened in the town where Conard grew up, Huntington, West Virginia. Conard's older brother Larry worked for the fire department, and was called out to the fiery wreckage from the plane crash to help locate bodies.
