Home Tour - Michelle Adams

I was so sad to hear of Michelle Adams leaving her post at Lonny magazine. 

I cannot imagine the magazine without her :(

I'm sure the new editor will be great but she's just not Michelle.

Over the years Michelle has been so kind to invite us into her various homes and

 shared her own personalised style so it is fitting as a farewell that she share her current

Oh my Lonny ...

My packing got interrupted today, only briefly but the new Lonny magazine was calling  my name .... 

I couldn't help it so I had to have a good flip though.

Seeing some fab living rooms in this issue ...

 

Lonny Catch up

So with my bloggy hiatus, I have not only missed out on reading my favourite blogs but also on all the addictive online interiors mags - trust me it was painful!! So I've started  to catch up and these spaces from Lonny have jumped out at me ...

A space to love!

This den from the latest Lonny sure has jumped out at me this morning.

I seriously love everything about it, the lush sofa's with the ikat cushions. The built in's with the perfectly placed (and all important) TV. Gorgeous lucite table perfectly dressed and those stools at the end with the fur covers. One thing I would remove is the budda! Not into Budda's in a space anymore.

Where I want to stay...Los Angeles

Next time I go to Los Angeles is The Avalon Hotel which was recently refurbished by my design icon, Kelly Wearstler.

Kelly is very well known for her Hollywood Regency style, but she has now moved onto to a new style. It's feeling a little like 80's reinvention or ispiration but I love it, it's very cool.

Who wants to come with me??
