The 3 Best Batman Actors of All Time

In the 75 years since his creation, there have been so many different takes on the character of Batman. Created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane in 1939, it wasn’t until he made the leap to screens big and small that he became a household name. Believe it or not, 21 actors have played Batman on television and film. Here are three of the best and most influential.

Christian Bale
When Christopher Nolan was tapped by Warner Bros to reboot the Batman film franchise, Bale was cast in the title role. He had just completed a role in The Machinist, for which he had slimmed down to a skeletal 56kg - a far cry from the powerful Batman. He then shot up to a muscular 96kg to achieve Batman’s physique in the space of just 5 months. He perfected his American accent and slid effortlessly into the role of troubled, guarded Bruce Wayne and his alter-ego. Bale’s Batman employs a vocal modulator in his cowl, making him sound gravelly. He uses gadgets and devices that would not be out of place in the real world. Bale returned for two sequels, The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises, also directed by Nolan.

Adam West
In 1966, Bill Dozier launched a Batman TV serial and cast Adam West, an actor best known for roles in westerns and crime dramas, as Bruce Wayne/Batman. The show was a smash hit, catapulting West and his co-star Burt Ward to stardom. Batman is still remembered for its broad, slapstick humor and innuendo, its rapid fire theme song and its villains played by memorable character actors, but it is West’s performance that is the stand out - his curious way of speaking, his endlessly quotable dialogue (“Some days you just can’t get rid of a bomb,”), even his over-dramatic movements when in costume. Batman has been derided for its campiness, its low-budget effects and even West’s deliberately hammy performance. The truth is that Batman is perhaps the most accurate adaptation ever made, perfectly reflecting the pages of the actual Batman comics of the time and we have West to thank for that.

Kevin Conroy
The greatest and most influential actor to ever play Batman is a man whose name you may have never heard before. A deep-voiced stage actor from New York, Conroy was cast of Warner Bros to play Bruce Wayne/Batman in 1992’s Batman: The Animated Series, a Saturday morning cartoon designed to tie in to Tim Burton’s Batman Returns. Conroy brought several firsts to his performance - for instance, he was the first actor to employ different voices of Bruce Wayne and Batman, respectively (used by almost every actor since, including Christian Bale). Conroy has played Batman longer than any other actor in live-action or animation, voicing the character in 34 films, TV shows and video games. He is lovingly referred to as “The People’s Batman” and will next appear in Batman: Arkham Knight from Rocksteady Games and Warner Bros. Interactive.

These are just three of the best-loved actors ever to don the cape and cowl and they will not be the last - Ben Affleck’s turn in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is just around the corner. Confession of a shopaholic

If you need a comedy love story and non fiction movie, I must say that confession of a shopaholic movie is what you need. As mentioned in previous seen movie, I would not ruined the story of the movie and won’t tell anything here but instead, I would rather give out my comment if whether it is worth it to watch or not. This one is, you’ll definitely like it as much as I do, not so so though, but it’s another great movie of year 2008.

We are Back at Drive-In

For this year, this was the first family date drive-in movie we went to. I think we watch 'The Man of Steel" and "Fast and Furious 6" this night. It wasn't for kids, of course our 3 years old got bored whenever the action stops.

I always love Drive-In for you have all the privacy inside your car. You can either go out of the car to watch it or stay inside which is more secure with mosquitos.

I say, that night was fun and it was a good movie to watch. 

My Movie Review: The Heat

It was one of the Friday night movies with my spouse and son. We figured out it's time for some action-comedy movie to look at. We decided to watch THE HEAT. Cast by famous star Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, both are working in law enforcement to fight against drugs. The FBI played by Bullock and a local cop played by McCarthy rivalry to solve the crime are just outrageous, which mutually decided to work jointly in order to unravel the problems quickly.

The combination of Bullock and McCarthy is superb. Very funny movie, the comedy starts from the beginning of the movie until it ends. My jaw hurts and I do find it very humorous. Rated 13, there’s a lot of unnecessary words being uttered so watch out for very young kids. I will give the movie a 5 star rating.


You should watch it, one of the best movies this year. Also, glad that our son never pays attention to the movie at all, but still we can’t tell if they weren’t listening since they have a very sharp ears. Our solution is to give him some games to play and a headphone so he won’t be able to hear those spiteful words being spoken out. 

My Movie Review: World War Z

Monday night was the time we finally watched one of the much awaited movies in the theater. Of course, we ditched the theater nor the drive-in and this time we look for a clear copy online. 

I guess, because of the heat of the weather, it's better to watch a movie inside your premises. 

I don't want to be late with the stories, so because I am impatient enough for a DVD copy we downloaded a copy online. 

My insight to the movie are:
  • I loved the action that starts from the beginning of the movie until it ends
  • Has to make sure you pay more attention in order to know what's happening and where it started, of course from my experience, we have a 3 year old son whose blasting his songs on his Dada's iPhone, while I am battling on listening about the story.
  • Very thrilling, which I look forward
  • I find the movie very interesting, if I'll be able to find a much clearer copy would definitely watch it again
This looks like very real...those are Zombies by the way...

I don't want to say much about the movie, since I don't want to spoil the story for those who haven't seen it yet. And plus, Brad Pitt is still HOT which wrapped up the movie. Just kidding. No seriously! Watch the movie it's great!

Saw the same Drum in the movie

I was watching a movie about a person who was in a band. He was at one of the members of a school band who joins contest and represents their school. One thing that I have notice was, the lead actor is using a classic snare drum which I do find it interesting. Nobody noticed his talent until his coach sees how talented this young man is. Nobody gives him the credit for nobody believes on his capabilities. He has this extraordinary gift about striking his drum and plays such amazing music. He can copy the sounds just by hearing the beat, no matter how complicated it is.

I like how the movie’s story goes until it ends. I finished watching the movie and starts feeling great. Because the movie reminds me of my younger days, for I am also a band member in our school band. I am not as talented as the lead actor; however, I can strike my drums as quite similar as the actor did. One thing I just don’t like about the movie is that, it takes a while before the lead actor was noticed due to his extraordinary talent.

MAMA

Watched this movie together with my mother, brother and his wife. I will start the story base on my understanding. Don’t want to spoil the movie for those who haven’t seen and would like to watch it.

The husband killed his wife and took his two daughters with him to nowhere. Driving over a speed limit the older girl Victoria asked the father to slow down, as he is disturbed at the same time. He crashed his car and fell off a cliff. Still lucky and alive, they continued to walk on until they find an old house in the middle of the forest. There, then the father planned to kill the girls and himself but failed to do so because of the thing showed up and banished him forever.

The girls Victoria 3 and Lily 1, were left on that scary hut. Waiting for their father to be back by the fireplace. Unfortunately he never showed up, this thing helped them and watched them for five years. They were found after so long, and since they were in the wild, they don’t act as human at all. Apparently, since the oldest is old enough to regain her speech back. And being taken care with, they started to act the way they should be.

Since the thing was the one who watch them they called this “Mama” and even joins them even when they live with the custody of their Uncle, which is  their father’s brother. Since then, all the scary things happened. The Mama still does what she does with the girls. Then the jealousy starts, she wants to keep the girls but as no one sees Mama, adults don’t see what is going on.

The reasons why, this thing wants them it’s because a thousand years ago, she was an asylum and her baby was taken away from her. So she finds her baby and end up jumping on a cliff. Even after death she still searches for her baby, and ends up having the girls.

Lastly, Victoria never listens to Mama but her younger sister Lily did, she still thinks it is her mother. Lily jumped with Mama off the cliff.

The stories are scary, yet very heartbreaking at the end.

I really love to watch at movie clips, specially when it was all about romantic-comedy. Sometimes, I skip the whole movie and look for those clips that is interesting. I would like to know the story about, however you won't be satisfied  too if you just sit there watch and everything is all talking. I need actions, thrilling at least to wake me up from getting bored. I am glad with the help of this website I can know watch interesting movie clips that will occupy my space whenever I need some time to entertain myself while my son is on his nap time. You could watch it too. I do hope you will enjoy it.

Vincent is Dead

I was watching this famous Bones Tv Series on Fox Channel. And last weeks episode just crashed my heart. In order to have a wonderful Series, someone has to go. And this someone, is the guy that I used to like in the said series. I was really crying while watching the scene where he was shot, right straight through his heart and even have last words like: Please don't let me go, I like it here. Please don't make me leave. Although, this is just a fiction I was really emotionally hurt when he died. My tears was keep falling because I was really sad when he has to say those words in the scene. One thing that I have notice is the nice Floor Tiles they have in their Laboratory. In fairness, when he was laying down it also caught my attention. Oh my! I don't know but I am still a bit sad until now. I guess, I was too attached with the episodes and to each characters that I am feeling this way.

Bedtime stories [2008]

With Adam Sandler, everyone knew this famous and comedian guy. I tell you, it’s worth it for kids to watch the movie. The movie is very interesting, intriguing and funny in some little ways, but a 100% Rate E for Everyone.

Underworld; the Rise of the Lycans [2008]

In this movie, it showed where everything comes from and what did really happen before we’ve seen the other 2 movies that were created before this. I do find it very intriguing and interesting to watch, for you’ll definitely know exactly what happened, and reasons why all this revenge coming from. What is fighting for the Lycans and why they’re so powerful and stuff.

I recommend that you should watch the movie, although there’s too much violent in it so if you have kids it would be better to guide them.

Meet the Spartans

A comedy movie that was based on the action drama 300, and this time they make it more comedy and way too funny. Some scenes, I find it corny some makes me butt laughed out loud. Parental Guidance is advice. This movie is last 2008 release, I just got the chance to watched it lately because I overheard some stances that the movie is corny and isn't good. Well, to see it is to believe it. My advice, why don't you watch it nothing's going to lose right? The important part is I laughed out loud and I enjoyed watching that movie.

A fiction, and based on a cartoon movie. A 3 hours movie but it is worth it. There are some adult scenes that you might not want your younger kids to see it. So, I am warning you about this. Overall, a great, hero movie, although I am not a fan of it that much, but I’m not sure of what’s your stances with the movie. So, it would be better to see if for yourself and come back here speak out your stance of the movie.

Funny non-fiction movie, I also find this so..so, meaning it is okay. A little bit of comedy and love story. it is a person who die for 7 minutes and after that when he comes back from a surgery, everything change in his life. I bet things happen for a reason. God planned everything for us and no matter we think He’s not around, it is because HE planned a better life for us.

Lovely story based on 4 girl friends. This is all about friendship and how everyone handles a friend who has problem and stuff. In the end, they have all a happy ending. I don’t see many men here as I’ve noticed it. Yup, every one here is focused on women. For friends, you definitely watch this, a good movie and have lessons in it.

Another Horror Movie we’ve watched last week. Amazing movie for those who seek scary one, a great one that I can share with you to watch it. This movie was hit last year and until now, and like the other movies I’m trying to catch up of what movie last year that I have missed in the movie theater. It would be better not to say something about the movie, that way I won’t be able to ruin and let you know everything before you watch it.


The thrill and enthusiasm should be felt not knowing what the movie is about and what gives you the exhilaration to watch it.

After month of month when the first premier of Twilight released in the movie theater, we finally saw the movie at home. Through downloading procedure with a very clear copy and comfy way, I won’t say too much about the said movie. For everyone knew exactly how amazing and great movie is. And I must say, I do admit and agree with this people’s opinions.

I’m glad I never fail to watch the movie, and now after reading and learning about Driver’s Manual, my next step would be reading the e-books of Twilight my friends send me online. And I can’t wait.

For those, who missed to watch the movie, I can say you won’t regret it. Download, or rent it now and you’ll enjoy it just like we did.

That is one of the television series and I and hubby are addicted with. It was showed in the television every week days around 6PM right after Charmed. Yup, we love these TV Series as anthropologist tries to solve cases whether the bones they found ages like 5 years or above. That’s how good Dr. Brenan is, with the FBI detective Mr. Booth as her partner.



If you have time, try to check out on TNT channel TIME WARNER CABLE, Channel 25 I hope to have the same channel, so you’ll be able to check out what amazing and fascinating the television series that we are up to this days.

Anyways, I was thinking of downloading in the FREE download the whole season 1 up to season 4 of BONES. That way, we won’t bewilder if sometimes the show was skipped from supposed to be continuous play.

Check it out, if you have time, or download it. I tell you, you won’t regret it.

MAMA MIA

If you are one of the music lovers, I am sure this movie is great for you. ABBA songs were sung into this musical movie. Love all the songs and the typical movie. I’ve watched it myself since my hubby were not at home one Saturday evening. [You might wonder where he’s at; he had his part time job].

Anyhow, if you want to recall the music of ABBA’s favorite songs, don’t miss to watch MAMA MIA.
