Ya estoy de vuelta y aunque con unos pocos días de retraso aquí os dejo los tres productos preferidos del mes de Junio.

I'm back and although I know that I'm a bit late, here there are my three favorite beauty products of June.

E'LIFEXIR DERMO FITNESS GEL de PHERGAL: Esta ha sido mi crema compañera en el gimnasio durante todo el mes de Junio y tengo que decir que por ahora los resultados me convencen bastante. No esperéis milagros porque ninguna crema los hace pero esta fórmula a base de Centella Asiática, café verde y C.P. Canitine. combinada con ejercicio hace que sientas una piel más compacta y una cierta reducción. Tiene una textura agradable fácil de aplicar y un precio fantástico (unos 14.- euros) La encontraréis en Farmacias.

E'LIFEXIR DERMO FITNESS GEL by PHERGAL: This has been my partner at the gym for the last month and I must say that I like how it works and I see certain positive results. Please, don't expect miracles (no cream is going to do that) but this formula with green coffee, C.P. Canitine and some exercise leaves your skin more compact and I've seen a certain reduction of the volume. It has a nice texture, is easy to apply and it is very well priced (around 14,- euros in Pharmacies)

PACO de Paco Rabanne: Debo ser honesta y confesar que nunca he sido  muy fan de las colonias unisex pero desde hace años ésta me encanta y el aroma fresco y limpio con toques de cítricos de cedro y lavanda me conquista con la llegada del buen tiempo y el calor. La comparto con mi marido para su desesperación que ve como uso y abuso de ella. A pesar de ser una eau de toilette su aroma persiste bastante. Además, a pesar de llevar la firma del famoso modisto francés no es una fragancia nada cara… ronda los 20 euros.

PACO by Paco Rabanne: I must be honest … I've never been very keen of unisex fragrances but I've been adoring  the fresh, clean aroma of this one by Paco Rabanne for years. I like the citric notes and its  scent of lavender and cedar. I love using it when the heat arrives and I share it with my hubby who sees with dread how I empty his bottle. It's an eau de toilette but its perfume lasts long. Although it is  signed by the famous French couturier it is not expensive at all… It costs around 20 euros.

GEL DE DUCHA A LA FLOR DE NENUFAR de KORRES: compré este gel de baño de Korres durante mi último viaje a Grecia y no puede gustarme más. Korres es una firma griega de cosmética natural con una amplia gama de productos a cual más interesante. Este gel tiene una textura muy cremosa y una roma muy sutil y delicado. Lo mejor en mi caso? Pues que una piel atópica como la mía no sólo la tolera bien sino que la deja súper hidratada y nutrida gracias a las proteínas de trigo y a la vitamina B2.

WATER LILY BLOSSOM SHOWERGEL by KORRES: I bought this showergel during my last trip to Greece and I simply love it. Korres is a Greek brand that produces an interesting series of natural beauty products. This is a fresh and delicately scented shower gel with a nice creamy texture. Do you know what? My atopic skin not only tolerates it well but also is in perfect conditions after using it thanks to the wheat proteins and the B2 vitamine.

La operación bikini está en marcha. Por eso dos de los tres productos favoritos del mes de mayo tienen que ver con la intención de mantener el cuerpo a raya. Que lo consiga ya es otro cantar pero nadie nunca podrá acusarme de que no lo intento con ahínco. A lo mejor me véis un día por la calle y me decís, Teresa hija mía deja de frotar que estás igual… Vale… pero hasta que ese día llegue yo seguiré erre que erre dándole a la crema.

ELANCYL SLIM DESIGN COMPLEXE CAFEINE 3D: Este es el último lanzamiento de Elancyl para el tratamiento de la celulitis. Promete ser el primer complejo anti nódulos con una fórmula con más de 10 años de desarrollo a sus espaldas. Lo que si os puedo decir que se nota casi desde la primera aplicación es una piel más tersa, compacta y elástica. Su precio es bastante elevado pero la solvencia de Elancyl en temas de celulitis está demostrada desde hace años. La encontraréis en farmacias.

ELANCYL SLIM DESIGN COMPLEXE CAFEINE 3D: this is the latest release by Elancyl for the treatment of cellulite. It promises to be the first product with and anti-nodules effect thanks to its formula, which has been developed for the last 10 years. My personal experience is very positive. I find my skin smoother and more compact and elastic. It is an expensive product but Elancyl has a long and proven track record in the fight against cellulite. You can purchase in pharmacy.

ANTICELULITICA REDUCTORA de DELIPLUS: Utilizo el anterior producto por la mañana y por la noche utilizo esta anticelulítica y reductora de Deliplus. Su precio es estupendo y se presenta en un tarro de 500ml (giganteeeeee). Eso hace que se utilice el producto de forma generosa y así como el anterior producto lo utilizo sólo en los muslos,  esta otra la aplico en el resto del cuerpo en el que se acumulan las adiposidades. Contiene cafeína, aceite de germen de trigo, centella asiática y vitamina E. Excelente relación calidad precio.

ANTICELULITICA REDUCTORA by DELIPLUS: I usually use the previous cream in the morning and this one in the evening. It is very well priced and it comes in a 500ml jar (It's hugeeeeee!!) That's why I apply it generously not only in my thighs but also in other parts of my body where adiposity is located. It contains caffeine, wheatgerm oil, Asiatic centella and Vitamine E. It has a wonderful relation value for the money.

CREMA CONTORNO DE OJOS CAVIAR de CIEN: En su día ya os hablé de la crema de arrugas Q10 de Cien que podéis encontrar en los supermercados LIDL (AQUI). Tras la buena experiencia con la Antiarrugas Q10 (declarada por la OCU como la mejor antiarrugas del mercado) quise probar otras líneas de Cien. Me ha sorprendido gratamente el contorno de ojos al caviar. Es muy fluida y fácil de aplicar. Hidrata y tiene propiedades antioxidantes y regeneradoras y es perfecta para pieles cansadas y deshidratadas como la mía. Como todos los productos Cien tiene un precio insuperable.

CAVIAR EYE CREAM by CIEN: I told you about the Q10 anti-wrinkle cream by Cien in a previous post (HERE). After my good experience with that cream (which was declared as the best anti wrinkle cream by the Spanish Consumers Association) I decided to try another lines by Cien. I like very much the eye cream with caviar. It is very fluid and thus it is easy to apply. It not only has a high moisturizing power but also has antioxidant and regenerative properties. It is suitable for tired and dehydrated skin. As other Cien products it is well priced.

Favoritos del mes de Abril

Abril pasó volando. Es un mes que me encanta porque celebro mi cumpleaños y el de mucha gente a la que quiero, el 23 de abril es Sant Jordi, que además de un día precioso es el santo de mi marido, los días son más largos y encaminamos los pasos al buen tiempo. Si, definitivamente Abril es un mes que me encanta.

Aquí os dejo la reseña de los tres productos "beauty" que más me han gustado durante el pasado mes.

April has gone and I'm sad because I really love it. I not only celebrate my birthday in April but also the birthdays of people that I love, April 23th is Sant Jordi's day and the days are longer. Yes!!! I really love April.

These are the reviews of my  three favorite beauty products of April.

MIDNIGHT RECOVERY CONCETRATE DE Kiehl's. Este fue uno de mis regalos de cumpleaños. Hacía tiempo que estaba en mi lista de "lo quiero, lo quiero, lo quiero"y finalmente mi hermana me lo regaló. Se trata de una pequeña maravilla que repara en profundidad la piel mientras dormimos que es cuando la regeneración celular es mayor. Se aplica sobre la piel perfectamente limpia y antes de la crema hidratante. Es de origen vegetal en un 99,8% y contiene aceite de rosa mosqueta, onagra, romero, cúrcuma, jojoba, escualeno…entre otros.  Su precio es algo elevado si tenemos en cuenta de que se trata de  una botella de únicamente 30ml pero como sólo utilizaremos 3 gotas cada noche lo cierto es que dura una barbaridad. Desde que lo he empezado a utilizar mi piel es otra.

MIDNIGHT RECOVERY CONCETRATE by Kiehl's. This was one of my birthday gifts. It has been on my wishlist for ages so my sister decided to give it to me this year. It is a little wonder that repairs the skin while we're sleeping, that is when the cellular regeneration reaches its highest level. It has to be applied on  perfectly clean skin and before moisturizing cream. It is 99,8% vegetal-origin and it contains  rosehips, turmeric, evening primrose, rosemary, jojoba, squalene among other ingredients. It is a bit expensive but you are going to need only three drops every night so it will last long. Since I started to use it the quality of my skin has really improved. 

BORRADOR ÓPTICO 5 SEGUNDOS de GARNIER. Con tanta celebración este mes he utilizado mucho esta base alisadora-perfeccionadora de Garnier. En mi opinión no se trata de un producto para utilizar todos los días pero sí resulta muy útil cuando se tiene una ocasión especial y se quiera lucir una piel impecable. Se utiliza justo después de la crema hidratante y realmente cumple con todo lo que promete. Se trata de una base que borra de forma apreciable arrugas e irregularidades, unifica el tono, cierra poros y elimina brillos en pocos segundos. Luego se puede proceder con el maquillaje normal. Tiene un precio moderado y como no se precisa mucha cantidad en realidad no resulta nada cara. Para mi es un imprescindible en cualquier kit de maquillaje.

OPTIC BLUR 5 SECONDS by GARNIER. April has been a month full of celebrations so I've used this blur a lot. In my opinion this is not a product for everyday use. It is suitable for special occasions when you want to hace flawless skin. It is used just after moisturizing cream and it really delivers what it promises. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles,  fine lines and open pore and uneven skin tones. It's well-priced and it lasts a long time because you need very little of it. For me it is essential in any makeup kit.

ACEITE LIMPIADOR EMOLIENTE EXOMEGA de A-DERMA. Este es un producto que encantará a aquellos que como yo sufren de piel atópica generalizada. Los que acarreáis con esta pequeña lacra sabéis por experiencia que en periodos en los que sufrimos un brote severo el momento de la ducha es cualquier cosa menos relajante. Entre el cloro, la cal del agua y la agresividad de algunos geles la piel sufre más de lo normal y salimos de la ducha con la piel muy irritada y super-reseca. Este aceite de A-derma ha sido mi salvación. No se trata de un aceite para después de la ducha sino un aceite limpiador sustituto del gel. Es súper suave, súper-hidratante y calmante. El  extracto de Avena Rehalba© calma y el Filaerine© repara la barrera cutánea. Yo ya no puedo vivir sin él.

WASHING OIL EXOMEGA by A-DERMA. This is a product for people who suffer atopic skin. I'm sure that those who have this problem know very well that when the skin is in really bad condition because of the eczema taking shower is not relaxing at all. Chlorine, hard-water and some soaps attack our skin which results in redness and scaly. A-derma has created this oil in order to avoid this and it has been  my salvation. This is not an aftershower body oil. It is an emollient cleansing oil. It's soft, super moisturizing and calming. It contains Avena Rehalba© that calms the redness and Filaerine© that repairs the cutaneous barrier. I can't live without it.

Favoritos del mes de Marzo

Marzo ha sido un mes complicado en el que no he prestado mucha atención a los productos de belleza. Como ya os he ido apuntando en anteriores posts en casa hemos tenido un problema serio de salud y no  he tenido tiempo ni ganas de probar nuevos productos ni de disfrutar mucho con ello.

De todos modos tampoco era plan de llegar al hospital con mala cara y soy de las que cree firmemente eso de "Al mal tiempo buena cara" y por ello no he dejado de darle un poco a la brocha para verme bien.

Aquí os dejo mis tres productos preferidos de este mes.

March has been very hard and as you can imagine I didn't pay much attention to make-up  and beauty products. As I told you in the previous posts we had serious health problems during March and I didn't have enough time to look for or to try new products.

Anyway, I didn't want to arrive at the Hospital with a sleepless-night-face so I continued putting on make-up, though I chose a very light palette.

These are my three favorites of March.

INSTANT ANTI-AGE - EL BORRADOR de Maybelline. Utilicé este producto hace tiempo y la verdad es que no se porqué dejé de hacerlo porque es estupendo.  Hace poco viví a compralo y no puede gustarme más.Combina maquillaje y tratamiento y borra  y corrige las imperfecciones de la piel y da buena cara de forma inmediata. Es muy fácil de aplicar gracias a su almohadilla-esponja, hidrata, da elasticidad a la piel, ilumina y además tiene factor 18 de protección solar. Es ideal para cuando vas con prisa porque en un sólo gesto hidratas y corriges. No deja sensación de pesadez, tiene una duración muy aceptable y además tiene un precio estupendo.

INSTANT ANTI-AGE by Maybelline. I used this product in the past and one day I stopped using it and I must confess that I don't know why because I love it. It combines make-up and treatment and it erases and corrects the imperfections of your skin. It gives you a healthy face immediately. It is very easy to apply thanks to its foam applicator. It hydrates, gives extra elasticity, illuminates, corrects and a SPF of 18. It's almost magic. It's suitable when you're in a hurry because it does a lot of actions in a single gesture. It is light, its durability is very acceptable and it is well priced.

UNICO MUSK Laboratorios RNB. Durante estos días buscaba un aroma sutil, poco invasivo pero que  fuera duradero y me resultara agradable. Hay pocos aromas que me gusten más en perfumería que el musgo blanco así que esta eau de toilette de Mercadona ha sido mi compañera inseparable este mes de marzo. Huele a fresco y a limpio y además de todo lo que os he contado tiene el plus del precio ya que cuesta alrededor de unos 8 euros.

UNICO MUSK by Laboratorios RNB. During the days in the hospital I wanted to use a subtle perfume which wasn't invasive. White musk is one of my favorites aromas so this eau de toilette that you can purchase in Mercadona was my favorite perfume. It smells fresh and clean and it costs about 8 euros.

THE FLASIES PUSH UP DRAMA de Maybelline. Evidentemente estos días me he decantado por un look de "cara lavada" con poco color y muy natural. No obstante no he querido renunciar a unas pestañas un pelín "exageradas" porque encuentro que animan mucho la mirada y con un  gesto muy sencillo ayuda a verte bien. Mi último descubrimiento es esta máscara de Maybelline que alarga las pestañas de forma increíble y también las curva creando una mirada espectacular.

THE FALSIES PUSH UP DRAMA by Maybelline. I chose a no-makeup-look with little color and very natural. However, I wanted to achieve the dramatic fake eyelashes effect that I love. Maybelline has recently launched this new mascara which scoops and lifts the roots to add bold volume and pushes up lashes for dramatic volume and lift.

Preferidos del mes de febrero

Madre mía de mi vida qué ganas tengo de que llegue la primavera. No es que este año haya sido un invierno duro climatológicamente hablando pero a mi más que las temperaturas lo que me mata del invierno es la falta de luz. Cuando finaliza febrero empiezo a ver la luz al final del túnel porque parece que la primavera se toca con la punta de los dedos.

Durante los meses de enero y febrero los productos que más me interesan siempre son productos para nutrir e iluminar la piel ya que llegados a este punto del calendario nuestra piel pide a gritos tiempo clemente, un poco más de humedad y el brillo que da la luz del sol.

Vamos con esos tres preferidos de febrero…

I can't wait until spring comes. It's true that this has not been a hard winter since we have had mild temperatures but for me the big problem during the winter months is the lack of light. I can't stand living with little light. When February ends I feel happy because I can touch spring with the tip of my finger.

During January and February most of my favorite beauty products are the ones that help  my skin to be more luminose and nourished while waiting for the good weather when the humidity and the sun give a special brightness to our poor  skin.

So let's see my three favorites of the month.

THE BOOSTERS VITAMINA C  de Diego Dalla Palma: Conocí este producto a través de Instagram y de algunos blogs italianos. Tanto había oído hablar de las maravillas de este sérum que aproveché para comprarlo durante mi última visita a Bologna (AQUI). Lo cierto es que todas las opiniones que había escuchado eran ciertas y ahora yo también me sumo a la lista de fans de este sérum intensivo a la Vitamina C que hidrata y sobre todo ilumina la piel de un modo increíble.  Estimula la producción de colágeno y  de elástina y posee un potente poder antioxidante, antiedad y antimanchas.

Sólo son necesarias dos gotitas mañana y noche aplicadas sobre la piel bien limpia para sentir sus efectos. Aunque no es fácil encontrarlo en tiendas si que podéis comprarlo online (AQUI)

THE BOOSTERS VITAMINA C  by Diego Dalla Palma: I heard about this product on Instagram and some Italian blogs. The opinions were so positive that I decided to purchase it during my last trip to Bologna (HERE). Now I can say that all the opionions were true and that I'm a new fanatic of this Vitamine C intensive serum. It moisturizes and illuminates my skin in an incredible way. It stimulates the creation of collagen and elastine and it has a powerful antioxidant, antiage and anti-stain effects.

Apply two drops to cleaned skin to feel all of its power. It's not easy to find it in Spain but you can purchase it online. (HERE)

ATOPICONTROL Body Care Lotion de Eucerin: realmente este producto sólo interesará a quienes como yo sufran de piel atópica, aunque debo decir con cierta pena que cada vez somos más los que integramos este triste club de piel inflamada, enrojecida y con picor. Los laboratorios Eucerin han sido siempre un referente en cuanto a productos específicos para pieles con problemas y esta crema con un 12% de Omega y Licochalcone A me ayuda a soportar los meses de frío, que es cuando mi atopia decide fastidiarme más. Hidrata y alivia (hasta cierto punto) el picor. Obviamente la encontraréis en farmacias.

Unfortunately I've seen a increase in the number of members of this sad club of red, irritated and itchiy skin lately. Laboratories Eucerin has always been a benchmark in the field of skin problems. This body cream enriched with 12% of Omega and Licochacone A helps me to endure the winter months that is when my atopy at its worst. It moisturizes and relieves itching. You can purchase in pharmacies.

ACEITE VITAMINICO PARA UÑAS DE Deliplus. Si eres de las que esmaltas tus uñas una vez tras otra te interesá este producto. Se trata de un aceite vitamínico para las uñas de Deliplus (Mercadona). Todas sabemos que las lacas menguan la calidad y fuerza de nuestras uñas. Por eso es importante que una vez hayamos quitado el esmalte las hidratemos y las nutramos debidamente para que se mantengan sanas y fuertes. Hace años que utilizo este aceite de  Deliplus y es un producto barato que cumple muy bien su función. Una gotita y un buen masaje bastarán para mantener vuestras uñas en plena forma.

DELUXE HAND & BODY CREAM WITH ALOE VERA, OUTMEAL & CORIANDER de KHIEL'S: Khiel's es una marca de cosmética que me encanta. Tiene un "no se que" de aire de antiguo producto farmacéutico que me da confianza y en general sus productos nunca me defraudan. Yo que sufro de una piel seca casi "indomable" me he vuelto casi adicta a esta crema hidratante para manos y cuerpo al cilantro. La uso preferentemente para las manos y también para las piernas (que en invierno tengo especialmente secas). Es una crema muy ligera, muy fácil de aplicar y se absorbe rápidamente. El efecto hidratante gracias al aloe vera y a la avena es prácticamente inmediato y deja una agradable sensación de comfort. Tema aparte es su perfume. A mi me parece increíblemente sugerente. Es fresco y con un punto herbal. Mi hermana que a veces la utiliza cuando vamos al gimnasio también adora su perfume, pero ya advierto a las personas poco acostumbradas a fragancias originales que esta crema tiene un perfume poco frecuente. Si tuviera que encontrarle un defecto sería su precio ya que una botella de 250ml ronda los 22 euros.

DELUXE HAND & BODY CREAM WITH ALOE VERA, OUTMEAL & CORIANDER by KHIEL'S: Khiel's is one of my favorite brands. Their products remind me of those of an old  pharmacy and I trust them very much. Because my skin is very, very dry I'm a kind of "moisturizer-holic" and I try a lot of them. For the last month I've been addicted to this hand and body cream with aloe vera, oatmeal and coriander. I use it on my hands and legs and its ingredients inmediately create a nice comforting feeling. It is a very light cream, easy to apply and  is quickly absorbed. But let's talk about its fragance. I adore it and I find it very suggestive. My sister, who sometimes uses it after her workout, also loves it but not everybody likes this fresh and herbal aroma. In my oppinion its only drawback is its price: 22 euros for a 250-ml-bottle.

CREAM LIP STAIN de Sephora: Adoro los labiales rojos. Durante años me decanté por tonos nude y tierras hasta que un día probé el rojo pasión… y eso fue exactamente lo que pasó… que me apasioné. La gran Lucia Be ya lo dice… los lunes son menos lunes con labios rojos. Y es que no me preguntéis porqué pero este color me aporta un plus de seguridad y os garantizo que ese extra de color anima la tez más apagada en los meses de invierno. Pero yo soy un auténtico desastre con los labiales y éstos duran muy poco rato en mis labios. Por eso busco siempre labiales de larga duración. Este de Sephora me ha convencido. El color es súper intenso y muy luminoso aunque se trata de un labial mate. Resiste una barbaridad y te permite ir perfecta durante un montón de horas sin retoques. Como todos los productos de este tipo tiende a resecar un poco los labios, por eso aconsejo que los días en los que lo utilizéis hidratéis muy ,muy bien los labios después de desmaquillarlos. Ahhh y además tiene un precio estupendo.

CREAM LIP STAIN by Sephora: I love red lipsticks. I used nude colors for ages but one day I discovered the color passion red and that's exactly what happened: I developed a passion for red lipsticks. The great Lucia B says "Monday is less Monday when you wear red lipstick". Don't ask me why but this color gives me extra confidence and I can assure you that it helps to illuminate the greyest faces ever. I'm a disaster with lipstick and it always lasts very little on my lips. That's why I'm always looking for long-lasting products. This lipstick by Sephora is fantastic because the color is very bright and intense and it lasts for hours. The only thing is that, like most  long-lasting lipsticks, it tends to dry your lips, so you have to mosturize  them very well after removing it.

HAIR TOUCH UP de L'Oréal: Descubrí este producto por casualidad durante una de mis  visitas a la peluquería y debo deciros que cuando supe que existía elevé la vista al cielo y di gracias al Altísimo por haber escuchado mis súplicas, ya que hacía mucho tiempo que esperaba que llegara un producto como éste. Se trata de un spray para retoques de color. Hace años que llevo el cabello muy liso. Si unimos ésto al hecho de que el color de mi cabello es castaño muy oscuro podréis imaginar fácilmente que las canas destacan muchísimo. Suelo ser muy cuidadosa con el calendario de tintes y lo aplico cada tres semanas. Pero siempre hay un día en el que no lo llevas el color perfecto pero aun no tienes cita con la pelu y tienes una cena o una cita importante. Y yo con esos pelos? nooooo! Con este mini-sprai es fácil retocar las raíces. Cubre bien las canas y se elimina con agua.

I must confess that when I found out that this product existed I turned my eyes to the heavensand I thank the Lord because he had listened to my prayers. I've been waiting for this product for ages. It is a root concealer. My hair is very straight and dark, so grey hairs show very much. I'm very careful with my hair-dying calendar and I try to go to the hairdresser every three weeks. But sometimes I have a dinner or a special date and I'm not able able to go to the hairdresser. Ok... don't panic! With Hair Touch Up you can easily conceal the roots and it fades with just one shampoo.

BLACK OPIUM Parfum de Yves Saint Laurent: Suelo ser de fragancias suaves y frescas pero de vez en cuando hay un perfume que me cautiva y entonces caigo rendida ante un aroma potente y además es un amor que es para siempre. Este ha sido el caso de Black Opium. Nunca me gustó su hermano mayor Opium (que ya es un clásico de Yves Saint Laurent) pero desde que descubrí Black Opium y sus notas florales, de café , madera de cedro y vainilla creo  que durante los meses de invierno no voy a hacer mucho caso a mis otros perfumes frescos.

BLACK OPIUM Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent: I usually love fresh and soft aromas but when I find some strong fragance that captivates me I automatically fall in love with it and this love lasts forever. This happened to me with Black Opium. I've never liked his big brother Opium (which is actually  a classic by Saint Laurent) but when I experienced the floral notes, the coffe and vanilla flavors and  the touch of cedar of this perfume I knew that I would be going to use it everyday until next Spring.

BRUMA PARA CAMA TAO YIN de Rituals: No todo van a ser fragancias para el cuerpo. Este producto de Rituals es uno de mis favoritos y creo que además es una idea de regalo perfecta para estas fechas. Se trata de un vaporizador/bruma para las sábanas a base de lotus blanco y yi yi ren. Vaporizado sobre las sábanas y la almohada unos minutos antes de ir a dormir deja en la cama un sutil aroma fresco y limpio que crea un efecto relajante y favorece el descanso. Además no mancha. Un producto genial para nerviosas e insomnes como yo.

BED MIST TAO YIN by Rituals:  This is not only a body fragrance. I adore this product by Rituals because it's suitable for nervous and sleepless people like me. It is a mist for sheets and pillows with a calming and relaxing effect. You have to spray it a few minutes before you go to bed and its delicate and fresh aroma helps you to relax. Ah! and it doesn't stain clothes.

BROCHAS DE MAQUILLAJE de Bobbie Brown: He decidio hablaros de estas brochas en diciembre porque creo que además de una herramienta indispensable para un buen resultado con el maquillaje son un gran regalo, pero para ser franca son uno de mis  productos favorito durante todo el año. Hace ya muchas navidades me regalaron estas brochas y para mi son las mejores. Vaya por delante que no son nada baratas pero son de una calidad excelente. Ahh y no es necesario que compréis el estuche de un tirón... en Bobbie Brown las podréis comprar de forma individual.

MAKE-UP BRUSHES by Bobbie Brown: I decided to publish this post about make-up brushes by Bobbie Brown in December because I think that they are not only the best tools to get  perfect make-up result but also an excellent gift idea. They are some of my favorite products all year long. These brushes were on my Christmas wish-list many years ago and I must say that today they are still in perfect condition. They are expensive but you don't have to purchase the whole kit at once, they can be purchased individually.

Bufffff Noviembre ya ha pasado. Tempus Fugit amigos! En nada estaremos comprando regalos y cocinando  como locos medio de la vorágine navideña. Y con cada final de mes llega mi selección de tres productos de belleza preferidos del último més. Aquí los tenéis.

Oh my God! November is over! "Tempus Fugit" my friends! In a couple of weeks we'll be shopping and cooking as if there was no tomorrow infected with the "Christmas Fever". Once more with  I bring you my three end-of-the-month favorite beauty products.

Gel-Espuma de ducha Hammam Delight de Rituals. No es la primera vez que traigo productos de Rituals a esta sección pero es que tienen varias líneas que me gustan muchísimo. En el mes de octubre empecé a ir al gimnasio (y esta vez no sólo hago de mecenas del "Sr. DIR" sino que además estoy yendo de 2 a 3 veces por semana… en mi caso todo un récord) Os cuento todo esto porque el mayor placer tras una sesión de spinning llega con la ducha con esta espuma gel de Rituals con aromas de eucalipto y romero. Realmente da la impresión de estar en un Hammam o un Spa. Es súper hidratante y muy balsámico por las hierbas que contiene. Me encanta!

Foaming shower gel Hammam Delight by Rituals. It's not the first time that I write about products by Rituals on my blog. I love most of their products. I started  going to the gym in October… and this time I'm not only paying I'm also actually going 2-3 times per week…For me it's a record) I'm telling  you all of this because the best moment after a hard session of spinning is to take a shower with this wonderful foaming shower gel with eucalyptus and rosemary. You feel like you are in a spa. It is super moisturizing and balsamic. I love it!

Ureadin Spray& Go de Laboratorios Isdin: Cuando llegan los meses de frío la piel pide un extra de hidratación. Yo si después de la ducha no me hidrato bien parezco el hombre de hojalata del Mago de Oz. El problema en invierno es vestirse automáticamente después. No se si os habéis observado a vosotras mismas intentando poneros las medias después de la crema hidratante pero en mi caso empiezo una sesión de contorneo que parezco una artista del Cirque du Soleil. Con Este Spray and Go de Isdin se acabó el problema. Es súper-rápido de usar al ser un spray, hidrata de forma inmediata a base de Urea  (y con la garantía de los laboratorios Isdin) y se absorbe rápidamente. Todo un invento! Se vende en Farmacias.

Ureadin Spray&Go by Laboratories Isdin: When it's cold our skin needs an extra dose of hydration. If I don't use a moisturizing cream after the shower I'm look like the Tin Woodsman of the Wizard of Oz. But it's very difficult to dress after using the cream, isn't it? Have you ever tried to put on you tights after using cream on your legs? Oh my God! I start to contort myself as an artist from the Cirque du Soleil. With this new Spray by Isdin all these problems are over. You can apply it in seconds,  it's immediately absorbed and it hydrates all day. Woow!

Capricho Floral - Locura de Azahar de Victorio y Lucchino: Esta es una de esas fragancias que para mi lo tiene todo. BBB (buena, bonita, barata). Se trata de Locura de Azahar de Victorio y Lucchino.  Que no os asuste la firma de los famosos modistos sevillanos. No se trata en absoluto de una fragancia cara. De hecho la encontraréis fácilmente en supermercados. Sus notas florales de azahar son lo suficientemente intensas para que se note y lo suficientemente delicadas para que deje un suave olor a  fresco y limpio con un toque romántico.

Capricho Floral - Locura de Azahar by Victorio y Lucchino: This perfume is a real good deal. Don't be afraid of the name of the two famous designers who it's named for. It is really inexpensive (actually you can purchase it in many supermarkets) but its aroma is delicious. The floral notes of the orange blossom are intense enough to be noticed but delicate enough to leave a soft and fresh aroma with a touch of the romantic.

Mis tres productos favoritos del mes de Octubre

Pasados los meses de calor apetece de nuevo prestar una mayor atención al maquillaje. La verdad es que en verano con esos calores no es plan de maquillarse en execeso si no queremos terminar la jornada con el maquillaje totalmente desaparecido.

Ahora con la llegada del otoño vuelvo a maquillar más mis ojos y aquí os dejo tres de mis productos favoritos para esta zona.

After the heat of the summer I'm interested in make up again. I don't like making up very much in summer because of high temperatures. The heat and the sweat usually ruin the make up so it's better to use lighter make up.

When autum arrives I use makeup again and these are three of my favorites for the eye area.

CONTORNO DE OJOS BIOCURA: Este producto ha sido todo un descubrimiento. Hace poco encontré este contorno de ojos en los supermecados Aldi y me convenció por varios motivos. El primero de todos es que todos los ingredientes que contiene son vegetales y de origen biológico y renuncian a los aromas, colorantes y conservantes sintéticos. Por todo ello ha merecido ser identificado con el símbolo Natrue. Tiene dos líneas: la de espino amarillo para piel normal y otro con camomila y aloe vera para piel madura. Es un tubito de 15 ml con una boquilla fina que permite controlar bien la dosificación del producto. La crema es tirando a espesa pero se extiende y se absorve con facilidad. Por el momento es mi contorno de ojos de cabecera y además no es nada cara. Es de fabricación alemana y sólo puede adquirirse en los supermercados Aldi.

EYE CONTOUR CREAM BY BIOCURA: This cream has been a real find. I found this eye contour cream at Aldi and it  won me over inmediately for several reasons. The first one is that all its ingredients are of plant origin from biologic agriculture and they don't use synthetic aromas, preservatives or dyes. That's the reason this product won the "Natrue" seal. You can choose between two kinds: one with buckthorn for regular skin and the another with camomile and aloe for mature skin. It comes in a 15 ml tube and it has a small nozzle for optimal control. The cream is a bit thick but it is easily absorbed. This is an excellent and inexpensive product made in Germany which you can only purchase at Aldi supermarkets.

EYEBROW DESIGNER - GEL MASCARA de KIKO:  Este es uno de los productos estrella de KIKO. Se trata de un gel fijador que al peinar las cejas con él  una vez utilizado el lápiz de cejas las fija y las deja perfectas todo el día. Es efectivo, muy fácil de aplicar y con un precio estupendo. Este es uno de mis productos favoritos ya no del mes de octubre sino de todo el año.

EYEBROW DESIGNER - GEL MASCARA by KIKO: This is one of the most famous products by Kiko, It 's a fixer gel for eyebrows that you can use after using your eyebrow pencil. It designs and fixes the shape and color of your eyebrows for the entire day. It is very effective and easy to use and it is well-priced. This is one of my favorite products ever.

NAKED PALETTE de URBAN DECAY:  Con la llegada del otoño vuelvo poco a poco a los tonos rosados, tostados y marrones en el maquillaje y para ello nada mejor que recurrir a la Naked palette de Urban Decay. Además de la Naked Palette original Urban Decay lanzó también la Naked 2 y la Naked 3 pero para mi la Naked original ha sido siempre la paleta de colores tostados por excelencia y es la que más me gusta. Sus tonos son super llevables y quedan perfectos tanto tomados de uno a uno como combinados entre si.

NAKED PALETTE by URBAN DECAY: I like to use pink and toast colors in autumn and for me the best palette is the Naked Palette by Urban Decay. I love it. Urban Decay also launched the Naked 2 and 3 but for me this has been always the best. Its colors are very wearable each on their own or by combining all them together.

Mis tres productos favoritos del mes de Septiembre

Septiembre siempre me ha parecido un mes de impasse. Ni mucho calor, ni pleno otoño.  Un ni fu ni fa que precede a los meses de otoño que no me gustan nada de nada. Y en cuanto a productos pues  ni productos de playa, ni colores otoñales. Mis productos favoritos son más bien de "recuperación" después de los estragos veraniegos. Aquí tenéis mis tres productos favoritos del mes de Septiembre.

In regards to beauty products neither products for the beach nor autumn colors for make-up. In general my favorite beauty products in September are products that help to recover my skin from the ravages of the summer. These are the three favorites of September.

BAIN SOIN ONGLES & CUTICULES (Sephora). Este producto es todo un descubrimiento. Las que os pintáis mucho las uñas sabéis por experiencia lo mucho que se estropean ya no sólo las uñas sino también las cutículas. Se resecan muchísimo y acaban feas y quebradizas. Bien pues, Sephora tiene un producto fantástico destinado a mantener uñas y cutículas bien hidratadas gracias al aceite de camelia. Dentro del frasquito que véis hay una espuma impregnada de este aceite y otros productos hidratantes y nutritivos. Basta con introducir y hacer girar el dedo en la espuma durante unos segundos y listo. Y lo mejor… se puede hacer también con las uñas lacadas. Unos instantes cada noche y vuestras uñas estarán perfectas.

INSTANT NAIL & CUTICLE CARE (Sephora). This product is a real find. Poor things… lacquer after lacquer our nails and cuticles are dry and brittle. Well, this product by Sephora moisturizes and nourishes nails and cuticles in a single action. Inside this little jar there is a sponge soaked in camellia oil and other nourishing ingredients. You only have to put the finger inside this sponge and rotate it for a few seconds and your nails and cuticles will be ready. And best of all is that you can do this when your nails are lacquered. It will take you only a few seconds and your nails will be perfect.

LAIT HYDRATANT PEUX TRÈS SÈCHES (Petit Marsellais). Ya os he comentado un montón de veces que tengo una piel sequísima. Y después de la playa y el verano buffffff ni os cuento. Por eso pruebo todas la cremas hidratantes y body milks que me voy encontrando aquí y allá. Este verano compré en Francia (no estoy muy segura de si concretamente este producto puede adquirirse en España) esta leche hidratante de Petit Marsellais con Karité, aceite esencial de camomila y leche de higos. No puede gustarme más. HIDRATA con mayúsculas. Deja la piel muy elástica, uniforme y huele tan bien que a veces me la comería.

LAIT HYDRATANT PEUX TRÈS SÈCHES (Petit Marsellais). You know, because it's not the first time that I say it here on my blog,  that my skin is extra-dry. That's why I buy all the  moisturizers  I find. Last summer I bought this one in France. I'm not sure if it can be purchased here in Spain. I love it!!!! It MOISTURIZES in capital letters. Your skin will be elastic and uniform and its perfume is so good that sometimes I am tempted to eat it.

PENCIL LIP GLOSS (Kiko). El tiempo de los colores rosa flúor o anaranjados y poco a poco voy regresando a colores más neutros. Uno de los productos de Kiko que más me gusta es su colección de labiales gloss en lápiz. Muy, muy cremosos, el color se extiende muy bien. no resecan, no es pegajoso  y tienen una durabilidad muy buena. Si además tienes en cuenta de que cuestan poco más de tres euros para mi son un producto 10.

PENCIL LIP GLOSS (Kiko).  It's time to give up fluorescent colors and little by little I come back to neutral colors. One of my favourite Kiko product is this pencil lip gloss. I like its buttery texture, it glides on the lips easily, it doesn't' dry the lips,  it's not sticky at all and it is very durable. All this for less than four euros. Woow!

Agosto es el mes del relax y de las vacaciones y por lo tanto también de horas de playa y sol. Me encanta la playa pero durante esos meses hay que tener un cuidado especial con la piel y el cabello. Por eso los tres productos preferidos de agosto son éstos:

HAWAIIAN TROPIC COCONUT & MANGO OIL: Además de tener un perfume delicioso a base de coco y mango que transporta inmediatamentea tu mente escenas de playa, este aceite seco protector de Hawaiian Tropic es muy fácil de aplicar y de extender, deja una piel muy suave y además es resistente al agua. Está disponible en diversos índices de protección.

HAWAIIAN TROPIC COCONUT & MANGO OIL: It  has not only a wonderful aroma of coconut and mango, which makes your mind travel to the beach, but also moisturizes and protects your skin from the sun. This dry oil by Hawaiian Tropic is very easy to apply and is water resistant. It is available in different sun protection factors.

PHYTOKÉRATINE EXTRÊME SHAMPOO DE PHYTO: Este champú a base de Keratina vegetal, , aceite de baobab y manteca de zapote es ideal para cabellos secos, débiles y muy castigados. Me pareció perfecto para los meses de verano y poder así reparar los estragos del sol y el mar. Se vende en farmacias y parafarmacias y aunque su precio es bastante elevado el resultado es estupendo. Posee un perfume agradable y delicado y no contiene sulfatos ni siliconas. Tras su uso notaréis vuestro cabello muy hidratado, flexible y brillante.

PHYTOKÉRATINE EXTRÊME SHAMPOO BY PHYTO: The ingredients in this shampoo are vegetal keratin,  baobab oil and zapote butter and all of them help to keep weakened and damaged hair in perfect condition. That's why I thought it was the right shampoo for the beach season. You can purchase it in pharmacies and although it is a bit expensive the results are worth it. Its perfume is very nice and delicate and it is sulfate-free and silicon-free. After using it your hair will look moisturized, flexible and very shiny.

MASCARILLA LISO KERATINA DE TRESemmé: Si el anterior producto que os presentaba pecaba de un poco caro, con este no tendréis ningún problema con su precio porque es de TRESemmé, que como sabéis ofrecen productos de peluquería a bajo precio y se compra en el supermercado. Nunca antes había utilizado productos de esta marca. No me preguntéis porqué pero son unos productos que a priori no me inspiraban demasiado. Pues bien, concretamente este producto me ha gustado mucho. No es caro y al contener menos sulfatos consigue que la keratina penetre mejor en el cabello de modo que  lo suaviza muchísimo, elimina encrespado y además no deja sensación de peso.

MASCARILLA LISO KERATINA BY TRESemmé: The previous product was expensive but you won't have any problem with the price of this one because it is a TRESemmé product and, as you know, they offer a wide range of hair products at great prices and you can purchase them at the supermarket. It's my first time with TRESemmé products. Don't ask me why, but I 've never been keen on their  products. Well, now I can say that I love this intensive conditoner with keratin. It doesn't contain sulfates and this allows a better penetration of the keratin in hair fibers and you will not  feel you hair heavy.
