New Alphabet Challenge - V is for Vintage

 


There's a new challenge today on the Alphabet Challenge Blog:

To make my card I used this beautiful collection from Relatively Thoughtful:


It's a beautiful collection of papers, images and elements to fussy cut.

I used one of the patterned papers, an image and then fussy cut one of the flowers using my scissors. My sentiment is from Stampin' Up,

I added some brown card as a layer and used circle dies and a sentiment stamp from Stampin' Up.

New Alphabet Challenge - F is for Fruit

This one had me a bit stumped until I bought a new stamp set just a couple of days before the challenge!

New Alphabet Challenge - T is for Texture

 


We're back today on the Alphabet Challenge Blog with a new challenge:

To make my card I used an embossing folder which came free with a craft magazine.  I cut the pale blue card from Craft Creations into three pieces, taped it back together and then embossed it.  I separated it again and then matted the pieces on to navy blue card from Hobbycraft.

Then I stamped the 'Beautiful Kindness' stamp from Crafty Roo onto the pale blue card and die cut this with a Stampin' Up die.  The scalloped mat is from Spellbinders.

I layered the card with self adhesive silver glitter film and black paper.

New Alphabet Challenge - M is for Monochrome

 


We're back today on the Alphabet Challenge Blog with another new challenge:


We've reached the letter M and it was my turn to pick the theme so I decided on M is for monochrome.  For more details about the challenge and to see the cards from the rest of the team, head over to the challenge blog here.

To make the main panel on my card I used a Sizzix Thinlits die called Cut Out Wreath.  I used some kraft card as my layer between the die cut panel and the card base.

Then I stamped a sentiment from the Stampin' Up Here's a Card stamp set using Crumbcake ink.

I finished the card with some gems.
