Arty Divas 3rd Birthday Bonus Challenge

 

It's our birthday month at the Arty Divas Challenge Blog and we are 3 years old!

To celebrate we are having a special birthday challenge - all you have to do is to make a birthday themed creation and link it up in the normal way.  As it's a special challenge, we're limiting it to one entry per person.

I made a set of three ATCs - here's a close up view of each of them:

I used a Stampin' Up Crumb Cake card base for my ATCs and then stamped using the 'Parisian Beauty' stamp set in Soft Suede ink before using some Crumb Cake ink around the edge of the ATCs with my blending brush.

To finish I added some pearls.

I'm sharing another of the cards I made at a recent Zoom Stampin' Up class with Fanny Stafford.  We used the dies from the 'Rainbow of Happiness' set and some coloured card stock.  Very simple but I was pleased with the results.

The Design Team used the beautiful Molly May Collection to make our projects:

I made three ATCs using one of the papers, the images and the butterflies.  I cut the butterflies out and then attached them by their bodies only.

I also used Distress Ink around the edge of all the elements.

Today I'm excited to be rejoining the Arty Divas Design Team for another 'anything goes' challenge.

I used a combination of the images, papers and embellishments to make 3 ATCs. 

I started with kraft card and added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink which I also used on all the collage pieces including torn edges of the papers.  Finally I used some pearls to finish the designs.

I'm sharing another of the cards I created using the 'Paws for Thought' stamp set from Di Kaye for The Card Hut.  The set was featured on Create and Craft last week.  You can find the set here on The Card Hut website.

I used two of the smaller stamps in the set to create the background, stamping in black and then colouring using Promarkers.

Then I stamped and coloured one of the dogs and layered the card with black paper.
