From the photo I took the cup/mug which is featured on my image and also the colours which are reflected in my backing paper.

And here's another view of my card.

To make my card I used this very cute digi stamp set from Last Minute Manda:

The set is called 'Danii Deer Christmas Eve' and it's available here on the shop website.

I also used:

- Promarkers
Oval dies from Ellipse
- paper and card from Craft Creations

New Inspiration Station Challenge

It's time for a new challenge on the Inspiration Station Challenge Blog.

The idea behind the challenge is that we give you a photo or picture - you make something inspired by it AND tell us how you were inspired.

Here's today's inspiration photo:

For all the details about the challenge and to see the cards from the rest of the team, head over to the challenge blog here.

I'm sharing another of the cards that I made recently at a Stampin' Up class using the Classic Christmas dies.  I added some gold paper, gold self adhesive strips and dots and a sentiment stamped in gold ink to keep it all coordinated.  My sentiment is from the Framed and Festive stamp set.

I took my inspiration from the greenery in the photo and also the holiday spectacular theme - my card has lots of different elements plus of course it's Christmas themed.

The idea behind the challenge is that we give you an inspiration photo and you make something inspired by the photo AND tell us how you were inspired.

I took the colours and the leaves from the photo and used a stencil from Stampin' Up to make the main panel of my card.  I used a range of Stampin' Up and Distress Inks with a very small blending brush stencilling each leaf and blending the inks to different colours.

I then cut the panel into three and finished the card with a Stampin' Up sentiment.

I layred with dark brown paper and used a kraft card base all from Craft Creations.

I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:
