Friday 060812 -

What better to follow up a track workout than a mountain run.  I went up Green.  It was hot.  I could feel the lung rattle from yesterday so I decided to take a long route up and went up Flagstaff.  This adds about 1.7 miles to the climb, and so makes it a lot more shallow … but it did not feel as much today.

Evening – post dinner, ugh.  Slow and heavy 5 miles.  At least it was easy.
